I've called customer support three times and nobody helps me. I get different answers, different solutions, or I'm simply left on hold for nearly 90 minutes with a random "we're still working on this, sorry it's taking so long" every so often. Today's customer service rep just muted himself and simply stopped responding.

I reconciled all bank statement thru March 2021. In April, ther are 4 checks that cleared the bank that aren't on QB. How come they don't show up as items to be checked off?

Hello, When square syncs up its daily transactions I can not match them to balance. I can either select the sync from Square, which also has the fees I paid for all transactions that day, hence the -Split-, or I can select my actual bank account sync entry. Please advise on how to solve this issue, it's currently giving me double income on all my square transactions. Thanks!
I downloaded transactions from the bank feed and reviewed & added all the checks paid to the vendors. .Later, I found some vendor invoices that I hadn't entered in QuickBooks.How can I fix this? I'd like to be able to match the checks I've paid to the invoices I've entered.So far, I've been able to edit the check to show the account as 'Accounts Payable', which reduces the open balance but still leaves the invoices as unpaid I've definitely learned my lesson about entering an invoice BEFORE I record the payment through the bank feed.Thank you so much. I am contemplating purchasing QBO but am hesitant about entering banking info on a third party site. I also don't want to use any apps which require divulging banking info. I am seeing people talk about OAuth on this forum, but I am not clear on it. Is it an alternative to entering banking credentials? If so, is availability just dependent on your bank's participation? Is there something (perhaps the same thing?) that also offers an alternative to entering PayPal credentials if you want to establish a connection there? There must be some alternative that is better than downloading and uploading bank files.
My business has been sold and I would like to transfer some of the information to the new owner.
