Currently sales box for last 12 months shows we're over $50k what we've actually done. I believe this to be caused by the way square is being reported. I disconnected square, but transactions still appear when clicking sales box and viewing transactions there. I don't see a way to remove these so we can have an accurate number being reported.

I have two s-corp owners that get their health insurance paid by the company's checking account (outside of our QBO payroll). It's year end and I need to report the health insurance that has been paid out to the s-corp owners so that it shows up on their FL W2. In Quickbooks Online Payroll, I've added "S-Corp Owner's Health Insurance" to each owner's "Pay type". Now what? Where do I enter in the information for the amount paid YTD?
Hello Friends, We are new to Direct Deposit with QB and I want to make sure I am in line with the direct deposit deadlines for payroll. We don't pay specifically on the 15 and last day of the month. If the 15th is on a Saturday, then we pay on the Friday before, etc... Our next payday is Wednesday, 12/15. What is the day I need to submit my direct deposit? Is it Friday the 10th or Monday the 13th. I'm trying to understand the 5:45pm, 2 banking days before the pay date to employees. Any help or suggestions? Can't set up schedule in QB because of variations in pay dates. Thank you in advance for helping a novice and beginner. :)

The Q2 Form 941 2021 is putting my sick leave wages on the lines for wages paid before April 1 and populating Worksheet 1 instead of Worksheet 3. The wages were paid in May for a late April pay period so I don't know how to fix it as most fields cannot be overwritten. Is anyone else having this issue? And if so, is there a way you have found to fix it. I have the file updated to the latest release. Customer service has not been able to solve the issue or explain it. I have the items set up correctly and it worked fine for Q1.

Hello... We paid our employees a bonus check through QB desktop Enterprise Contractors version 2021 and did not withhold federal taxes as a favor. Now the employees have returned the checks and want them re-issued.How do I do this since we ran through payroll last week? Thanks so much!Alisha Kat

However, when I review the paycheck list, it shows this employee is being paid with a check. This employee has been on direct deposit (auto payroll) since March with no issue. I increased their pay a few weeks ago, and direct deposit has not run since for this particular employee. My payroll center shows he is on direct deposit, but on the actual day he is to be paid, it converts to being paid by check. I talked to a Quickbooks rep for nearly an hour last week

inv #65094 We are not able to run payroll for my 2 employees for 3 months. More than 15 experts, even team can not solve the issue for 3 months. We can not contact with supervisor or team directly. It looks like the company does not want take care of this issue or responsibility.
