I have our client all set up in QBO Payroll, and she has run PR successfully. Now she has to pay an employee (who had not been paid here previously, FWIW) . She has all the direct deposit info entered, everything looks good. When she goes to Run Payroll, it shows this person as "Pay by Check" instead of, like the others, "Direct Deposit". I tried a different PR pay date, thinking bc the date she has is too close. Even putting it out a week doesn't change anything. What should I tell her? THanks! --Bonnie
Hello, I recently imported mileage via the import function for Quickbooks online. The other Admin on the account cannot see these entries, although he can see the two cars that we have saved on the account. When I add a new mileage entry, he also cannot see that. When he adds a new mileage entry, I cannot see it. How can we both see the mileage tracking and reports? Thank you,David
i am new to quickbooks and need help running payroll
I have a family member as a new employee, not subject to withholdings per the IRS website tools. How do I get QuickBooks (Desktop version) to stop accruing and trying to pay those taxes? I have not yet processed their first payroll, but I have added them as an employee.
