I have one user who is no longer able to use the "Multiple Invoices" option under "Create Invoice."The user was able to go to sales, then invoices, then create invoice drop down, then multiple invoices. From there she was able to import multiple invoices without issue. I can still do this without issue, she is the only user I know of that cannot.If she uses the import invoices option from the create invoice drop down, it will not let her import properly without creating all new customers.Is anyone else having this issue? Have you found a fix or a way around?

Hi,I currently run my QBD 2020 Prem R16 on a Parallels VM under W11 pro on my Mac (a 2021 model with 16GB of memory and 2TB SSD). When starting QBD it takes over 1 minutes before the company desktop is displayed. I also think that backups (with verification) and shutdown takes too long on this rather fast Mac.I would like to test run QBD on my new Dell W11 pro with 24GB of memory and 512GB SSD. Only W11 and MS Office 2021 is currently running on the Dell.Can this be done, even for a limited time, and if yes, do I have to "deactivate" QBD on the Mac first. I hope, I won't have to deinstall first on the Mac. I just would like to find out how it runs on the Dell, then make a decision, if I want to continue running it on the VM or on the Dell.Any comments are greatly appreciated.ThanksGerd

HI! Hopefully I can get some help with this. I have a trucking business and used my personal credit card for diesel in the beginning until my company picked up. I then made the credit card payments from the business bank account. How would I record all of this? How do I record the expenses made with the personal credit card and the credit card payments made to the credit card from my business bank account.
Quickbook suddenly became strange.. I can't open the ledger creation page.. I can't copy or print it.. I can't save it.. I don't know what's wrong.
I am trying to figure out the update process of QBO. There are so many features that are lacking on the program. AUTOSAVE would be a great one given that the internet likes to glitch from time to time. I have wasted several hours making invoices only to lose them when the internet breaks a connection. PLEASE ADD AUTOSAVE!!!

Why are my tasks not showing up on TSheets Mobile app anymore? It all shows up on QuickBooks Online. There is nothing on the internet anywhere and I cannot figure out how to get this to show up for my site crews. Thanks.
There appears to be a handful of direct deposits that did not post to the bank register. They appear on the Paycheck List, but not in the bank register of the assigned bank account in QuickBooks Online. I've searched the Audit Log, Transaction Journal and other bank accounts' registers, but cannot seem to find these direct deposits, besides, of course, the bank feeds, which do not include the direct deposits' details. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I might find them or be able to trace them to in order to possibly allocate the misstep? Thank you, in advance, for your help.
I received a Check payment from my client on 02/18/23 through Quickbook invoice I sent it to my Quickbook checking and the invoice stated order was deposited but I do not see anything about the Party is this Saturday and I need to Place orders and pay Vendors. I'd like to register an issue with the UI. I use google chrome on a chromebook, and the UI is unresponsive for any clickable buttons or links that are in the rightmost quarter of the screen. The left 3/4 of the screen is fine. As the pointer cursor moves in the left 3/4 of the screen, the cursor turns from an arrow to a pointy finger when it goes over a clickable link or button. when it crosses the invisible threshold into the rightmost quarter of the screen it stops doing that, just stays an arrow. It works fine on Chrome on my windows PC. I'm on the windows PC now because I can't click the "help" link on the chromebook due to this issue. Other apps on the chromebook are working fine.I still haven't found a way to submit a bug report. They didn't allow me to post this to the community because it isn't a question and doesn't fit in 170 characters.
We will be purchasing a new business for $100k - to be paid fully via our C-corp - on 4/1/22. This new business will be completely merged in with our current business. How do I go about to input the following from the business purchase on QB? Furniture/Equipments $49k, Trade Name $10k, Goodwill $10k, Lease/leasehold improvements $1k, Covenant not to compete $20, Inventory of stocks in trade $10k.
