How may I add a CLASS to multiple transactions?
I have a salaried employee who took medical leave and is being paid by WA state PFML for hours not worked. She was informed the first week of PFML is a "waiting week" and she needs to use PTO for that first week. Spent over two hours chatting with QB help yesterday and they're help consisted of "hold on, I think that's right, I'm not sure but I think so, let's try this, etc" so I was not very confident. Last pay period (2 weeks) employee worked 20 hours and received 60 hours of PFML. While trying to pay her, she wanted the 40 hours of PTO for the "waiting week" added but it kept deleting her salary when I did that. I was able to find where I could adjust her hours from 80 to 20 but the confusing part was how to pay out the PTO - I thought maybe it should just be run as a separate check but QB help didn't know about that either. I am sure I am not the first one to use this and figured QB would have some sort of system for it but clearly they do not. Has anyone else dealt with this yet?
To preface: I'm very new to QB, and I'm front of house for a small business. What I'm asking for help with is trying to make it faster and more efficient to go from the Lists->Inventory function to inserting it into the Invoice function on a desktop. Currently, my method is to be in Lists->Inventory, copy the long sku, X out of the Inventory screen, and paste into the Invoice. I looked at the screen for the inventory items, and there isn't a quick add section. Is there something I'm missing? If I'm trying to manage a flood of customers, this method is going to compound itself into mistakes.
Hello, I am a bit confused with how to record Cash Bank Deposits from my retail register. Currently I have them listed as 'Deposits' with my company being the 'vendor' as I am the one depositing. I think this is messing up my Reports as it is showing cash in the negative. Does anyone know how I should go back and record these cash deposits from sales to the bank appropriately. Our payroll account is no longer active. However, the 'automated taxes and forms' is ON. I tried to change the setting in the 'taxes and forms' under payroll settings, but I keep getting the attached message. We have already paid & are still currently paying these manually ourselves. We do not want to be charged by Quickbooks to do so as well. As of right now, it is saying that 'Quickbooks will pay & file our taxes when they are due'. How can we get this corrected?
One of our payrolls in January (which was successfully processed & QB's states we don't owe them anything) resulted in many hours on the phone with them to "fix" it. At this point most of the work has been completed however now we have an incorrect number in our payroll liabilities account. Again spent multiple hours trying to get direction - told I was referred to Tier 2 and someone would call me back. This has now happened several times and we need our books accurate for annual reporting. Anyone know of a way to actually get QB's to actually do what they promise and what we pay for?

I need a report that shows the customer who are active and have not purchased since may Including sales rep, email , company name and phone. I tried one that showed everyone who hasn’t purchased since may but it show inactive accounts with kinda defeats the point
Hi all, Our online account was hacked last week, and the hacker added their phone number for 2FA. We urgently need help because we can't change the phone number or do anything since it always sends the code to that number. There's no option to send the code to an email or any other way. We tried filling out the account recovery form, but the request was instantly rejected, even though we provided all the correct information matching our driver's license, etc. There's no phone number to call, only an email to [email address removed]. We received an initial automatic reply but no follow-ups for several days. We have a business to run and can't do anything without bypassing the 2FA requirement. Has Intuit abandoned their customers? What do we need to do to get help?
