We recently started using Ramp credit cards. I've imported the transactions for the first statement from Ramp into Quickbooks and I'm waiting on support to find out the next step to either import or record the payment in Quickbooks. I'm hoping someone has experience with this and can help me sooner than their support gets back to me.Thank you!

1099 help please if I write checks and have it reconciled. How do I print or email them?
The Directions on QB.com say to Search for one of the following accounts depending on your American Express account user type: If you’re the primary account holder: Search for and select American Express Business Credit Card & Checking (US). If you’re a delegate user on a card account: Search for and select American Express (Delegate). Yet the first option they want you to search for isn't even an option they list to choose from. How do you link your account if you are the only account holder of an AmEx Checking account to QB? Very frustrating this isn't a hard task!
how to apply a credit memo?
There are no rules in QB that i can see to prompt the system to do this. Spoke with the CRM developer and they don't see how QB could act this way. The payment account should be Undeposited Funds.
We would like to have our customer refund receipts separated from sales on financial reports. Currently refund receipts and sales receipts all default to Sales of Product Income. We have created a Sales Returns & Allowances account but cannot figure out how to have customer refund receipts set up to automatically hit this account instead of the Sales of Product Income account. Does someone know if this can be done? Greatly appreciate any guidance that can be provided!
We had two contractors move after the first of the year. They were never paid while they lived in the state they currently now live. Their 1099 NEC now shows the payer state for the new state instead of the one we are in that they were actually paid from. How can I get this corrected?
Our account was taken over by hackers on 8/22/24 Once they were in QB they changed the password, telephone number and the linked bank account. They created invoices using 2 of our customers taking a total of $5000.00. We became aware of the incident at 8:00 p.m CST. We could not change the password or get into our account. Thank goodness we had access by face recognition on the iPhone so we were able to change the password and all the other information. Issue #1 - We contacted QB that evening only to learn there is no support to report this after hours. Why would you not have cyber security support for QB online??? Had we not been able to change our password we would have been taken for much more.Issue #2 - We contacted QB support on 8/23/24 only to be advised they would have to deactivate our account to further research. Last year I accidentally paid my PA withholding tax twice in the same quarter. I paid it through QuickBooksand then went online and paid it again. I have a credit sitting out there with them but don't know how to clear it up in Quick Books. I've tried to call to see if they will send me a check but I can't get through to a real person.If I deduct it from my payment in March it will make my figures wrong in QB. The tax amounts are right in QB so how can I correct it, plus it was in last year and my books have been closed for 2024. Thank you so much if you can clear this up for me.
I am currently using Desktop Pro 2017 and upgraded my MS Office to Office 365. Since the upgrade I have been unable to export anything to Excel. I've repaired, updated, and reinstalled several times with no change. Can anyone please help me figure out why my Excel options are greyed out?

I tried to upload the chart of accounts for my business and most of the "Type" and "Detail Types" I included in my original spreadsheet were red and were options in the drop down. Can I see a full list of the options so I can edit my chart of accounts in excel before uploading?
Is there a way to add the Customer: Job field to the transaction list by vendor report?I would like to be able to run this report and be able to see which customer it is associated with. How do I add this field to the report?
