Statements show invoice number and due date, but not PO number for each invoice. My customer's are asking for this information to help them match up jobs.
We had QuickBooks Online file the 1099s for our contractors. They all received an email but none of them can access their 1099 through the link in the email. We know QB will also mail the 1099s, but how can we resolve the issue so they can view their 1099 online? One of the users even called QB support for help but was told they would not help her because it is a payroll account and she is not authorized. Thank you.

I recently upgraded to QuickBooks online. I have had difficulty with my old data from QB migrating over to QB online. I have spent 20 hours with QB customer service attempting to get the issue resolved without any success. How do I elevate this issue to someone that can help me?
This is a change that started last month. Every time I bill a regular client I have to add the client's email address rather than it automatically populating as it has for years.
We use QBO and need to assign classes to our payroll in order to run monthly reports by class and capture all monthly expenses. We currently have locations set up in employee files so we can at least get a report by location. But this entails that we have to use 2 different reports every month to get our total monthly expenses. Is there a way to assign a class in our payroll system?

Our payroll issues started in April when we migrated from desktop to on-line. We are paying for "Premium" service which is supposed to include Intuit paying and reporting all our liabilities to the appropriate authorities.In October the taxes were withdrawn from our checking account but not sent to the agencies. In November our books show the taxes withdrawn, but they were not taken out of our bank account, nor sent to the agencies.I called the "Expert help" (for which we pay an additional $50 per month) and was told there was a technical glitch their end, but tough luck I just have to pay it myself.Is anyone else experiencing this "glitch"?
We send recurring invoices to customers using Square. We sync Square transactions in QB online. Most of the transactions come into QB just fine but occasionally a transaction will come into QB with the wrong date of the payment, sometimes by many months.We have talked with Square and QB about this and they each point the finger at the other.Has anyone else had this problem?

I just tried to create a custom invoice. I want to use different logo and email. But when I change it on the new form, it also changed my standard invoice. How do I create a new invoice without changing the info on my standard invoice?

I am the Treasurer of a church. I have a deposit with a partial payment toward a pledge and 6 other designated donations in that single deposit. How do I classify the pledge payment without QBO creating an additional deposit of the monies already in said deposit? I have spent hours and tried everything I have read. Has anyone else experienced a lack of data in the Projects tab with QBO? I have active Customers and Projects setup, but the Project tab for these projects will not show me the Income - Costs = Profit on the Overview screen. I contacted Intuit Support in October, but they have not resolved the problem. Has anyone experienced this issue and found a resolution? I tried creating new customers with new projects and tried to re-assign the expenses to the new project, but that didn't fix the problem.Thanks!
When viewing the Project Dashboard, it shows income vs. cost figures (viewing based on hourly cost). When selecting a specific project to view the details, the cost figure changes. Which cost number is accurate and why are they displayed differently?
I am trying to reconcile my books from January 2024 to June 2024 and I noticed that there are a number of transactions from February 2024 that aren't in QuickBooks but they are in my Chase checking bank statement. How am I supposed to get these missing transactions into QuickBooks? My bank feed is working and I have updated it multiple times.
The Flow (arrow) in my Quickbooks Desktop pro 2021 goes from ESTIMATES to Invoice. That works. The flow from ESTIMATEs to create Purchase order - while the arrow and flow exists, I don't have that option within the Estimates window. How do I fix this? I don't want to upgrade. I am still inputting TWICE - create purchase order and create invoice - I would really like to make an estimate and create both the customer invoice and then the vendor purchase order inputting items once.
