I am creating an invoice and I want billable time linked to the invoice. I don't want the line item on the invoice. I used to select the trash can and then select no. keep but it. It would stay linked to the invoice so that I could tell it was billed out. Now when I select no keep it and save. When I go back in it is not linked and looks like I need to bill for those hours again.
We are trying to run an item report that will show cost, average cost, and retail price. Most important is to have average cost. Currently the only report i can find is the inventory valuation summary, but this is sorted by category. Is there a way to find a part within this report using a find feature?
time for deposits
Hi I transferred a lumps amount from the business operating account to the business savings account. (we have just changed banks) The bank mixed up our personal savings account # with the business account #, so the funds were essentially taken out of the business. I transferred a portion of the funds back into the business savings account.I completed a journey entry showing the original transfer out of the operating account and 1 transfer into business savings and 1 personal investment.How can I reconcile with the bank transactions ?

Yesterday we applied the update V34.od R9 to our desktops. We use Quickbooks Accountant Desktop 2024. With this update, the summarize balance sheet has drastically changed, and the fonts shift on the reports when drilling down or access the reports.did anyone else have this issue and how can it be resolved?Thanks
How do I remove the QR code from the invoices. It is generating the code on the invoice automatically which is something new that hasn't been there before.

QuickBooks just launched a new training program for us ProAdvisor's and I am curious to know, why? The same day it happened I coincidentally also received a credential from "Credly" which was new. I know the new program is in its early stages, but compared to the previous training modules I feel like there's a lot less content now. The Payroll Training Module is not activated yet so no one can even get that certification right now. What were the reasons for the full overhaul, and when can we expect it to be done?

In the Refunds function of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, when we input the customer's name in the customer job field along with their PO number, the shipping address that appears in the sales report is different from the one associated with the PO. It's a pain in the neck to correct the shipping address manually. Could you please advise?

Hi, Does anyone know how to have a group of memorized transactions that have a bill date of the 1st of the month, have a due date of the last day of the month? Currently when entering a group of memorized transactions for bill date 8/1/22, its saying the due date is also 8/1/22 and we want it to be 8/31/22. I tried creating a terms list and applying it to all the customers, but that didn't work. If I manually enter the statement charge and enter a bill date of 8/1/22, it will only then automatically fill the due date with 8/31/22. Thanks,Amanda
I am looking for the best and cleanest way to track Campaign income & expenses for a nonprofit. Currently use Classes for our programs and can run good P&L's for that information, but there are times when I need to know what campaign asks funds are coming through. Ex: Did that $1,000 event sponsorship come through the Partnership Campaign or through the Annual Giving Day Campaign. Ultimately the funds are marked as Sponsorship income for a particular program, but with classes I can't use additional information to delineate it. Anyone with experience on whether custom fields or tags would provide better or more flexible reporting on this type of information? Thanks in advance for any help.
I just bought a new MacBook Pro. My Quick Book file will dot transfer to my new computer. When I open it on my new computer I am told I have 13 sessions left to register the trial program. I open quickbooks and it is not my data, it is the trial data. They want my registration number from 2016, and I can't find it.
Dear Team,In spite of several reminders your team not responding. We are facing lot of issues with new invoice layout. At the time of preparing invoice unable to view and add suggested transactions to Invoice. We have to add all the suggested transactions to Invoice and again we have delete what ever we required. Really this type of invoice process we have not seen any type of software. Without following the any standards for implemented the software development / Technical team without testing implemented the new invoice layout system. Please respond and keep old invoice layout immediately.
Our billing charges odd not match what was appearing in our dashboard. We finally verified that we were being charged for a person that was not an employee. (hired, but never showed up.). When we received a notice that they would be added/enrolled in our plan, we contacted them immediately. They confirmed via phone and email that this person was removed and marked ineligible. They never appeared in our SimplyInsured dashboard as active, inactive, or terminated. (that would have been accurate as they had filled out the "self-enrollment" on quickbooks but we removed them immediately. However, the ACH deduction from BCBS has included this deduction for years! (We could not identify this because the weekly deductions and the simply insured dashboard did not match what BCBS deducted monthly. I am attempting to connect a bank account to accept recurring payments in our QB online. But I am being asked to verify I am the business owner and enter my social security number. I am not the business owner, and don't wish to have my social security number associated with this account. Can anyone suggest a work-around? Thanks so much.

In QB desktop I could go in and change the bank pretty easily. Now I can't seem to figure it out. The payroll correctly pulled from Bank A but when we transitioned to QB online, incorrectly Bank B is listed. I just need to move the actual payroll over so my funds show correctly. Thanks!
