Is there a way in QBO to look back at my emails that I sent?
I am experiencing issue related to QuickBooks data backup signing in as it does not allow me to sign in whenever i try to sign in it shows some kind of error.Can anyone here resolve my issue related to this problem.
it takes hours to go over bank transactions for example and fix something or on records, and it's never like that in any app.

How can i print a list of the "Billing" and "Shipping" addresses for Projects in QBO? I have tried every report and every list, only prints these addresses for Customers, but not Projects!

When I go onto my banking page it no longer gives me the option of entering the code once I ask it to "update"When I first go onto the page the "more information" bit comes up but only for a second then disapears! Can anyone help
Hello, I applied a credit to a bill and I want to unlink them. I applied a credit to a vendor bill then ended up voiding the check. All the other bills from the voided check are back in the "pay bills" area except the bill I applied the credit to. I'd like to unlink the credit from the bill and pay the bill with a check.
Hi! I received a batch payment for patients we serviced. Part of this remit also had a deduction due to an overpayment 4 months ago. I can receive the payments, but because of the deduction my deposit amount is incorrect. Is there a way to enter the deduction as a part of a deposit where it also clears out the negative balance in the client's account? Unfortunately, this client is not one of them on the remit or I would know how to handle it. Thanks!
I have a reconciliation that does not match. The unmatched amount is the same as a deposit download, which is incorrect according to the bank statement. When I add funds to bring the download amount to what the bank reconciliation has, it throws off the reconciliation again. Is there a way to change the amount of a downloaded deposit?

If we own 90% of our company but show we put in 250k (we put in more but revamped our product) & an investor put in 50k but owns 3% and the other ppl own 7%. How do we show this?
I own a repair and maintenance shop. We recently repaired customers vehicle at our own expense. We had about $4,000 in parts and $20K in labor expenses. I would like to give a detailed invoice to the customer showing that our shop paid these expenses and he owes $0. What is the best way to go about doing this? Are we able to write off these expenses? Would this be considered bad debt?

Does anyone know what is going on with the customer auto-pay feature? When will it be working again?
Most of our customers receiving recurring invoices and most of those customers have signed up for auto-pay. However, at the beginning of September our prices changed and invoices were updated. Some customers who had auto-pay set up are finding that auto-pay is no longer working. Plus, they do not have the option to sign up for it again. I have deleted existing recurring invoices and set up new to see if that would help, but still they do not have the option to sign up. This week, one of our customers who's auto-pay feature was still working, had it suddenly not work anymore. There was not change to their invoice. Anyone else having similar issues? Anyone get any helpful information from QB explaining what is going on?
