When trying to add inventory items I receive an error message at the top of the page that says: We couldn't save your item.To access this, sign in again or contact an administrator. We have Quickbooks Online the desktop app. My permissions level shows that it should allow me access to add/delete/update inventory items as needed. I've tried logging out and back in, restarting my computer, changing the item name/sku numbers. There are no required boxes that are being left unfilled.
I was entering the credit card for customer 1 payments, but it somehow attached to customer 2 and has it saved as a form of payment, I can't find any way to remove the credit card from customer 2
Now is terrible the system quickbooks on line, and all the time on service call customers service is terrible, all time the operators is lose on the live!!!?????

I'm reviewing my expenses but don't really know what to categorize this amazon purchase as on QBO, are floor mats and seat covers for your business vehicle considered "Vehicle expenses" or should I just categorize them as "Supplies" or "General business expense"? I'm a bit confused about what types of expenses fall under the vehicle expenses category. Thanks a lot in advance.

Some of our service items that our employees clock in to have suddenly stopped exporting to quickbooks online when we export payroll. They look to be correctly mapped. Does anyone know why this happening? Thanks!

How do you perform a yearly inventory count using scanners for counting inventory items on hand?
One of my files which is Essentials has the report Invoices & Received Payments:The other file/company that is Plus does NOT have the needed report:This is backwards, why would Essentials have a report at a lower subscription level than the higher Plus subscription? I need this report. Yes, I've gone to Edge instead of Chrome, and yes I've opened my QuickBooks account in a private window to rule out browser-related issues. The problem still persists.
How can I change COGS Account Number for parts we sell without QB changing the account number for retroactive transactions? We want the change to be effective going forward.
I set up this project earlier today and still does not show under projects, yet when I try to set up again tells me a name so nice I used it twice. Why is it not showing up in my system so I can post to the project? I have refreshed, logged out and back in and an hour later and it still does not show in the system.
