PLEASE HELP! Anyone else experiencing odd data issues? A data issue that Rebuild first identified as a problem, then later listed as "Errors we couldn't fix" (no error code # btw), and is now ignoring. I've already had multiple calls with Intuit support--not helpful at all. Details of the error that can't be fixed.... - This morning a bill from 6/2022 for $100K appeared on the "Pay Bills" list. Yes that's not a typo--2022!- I did NOT enter a 2022 bill in April 2025. I'm the only one using this QB Desktop here for 15 years.- This real bill did exist in June 2022 and it was correctly paid 6/18/2022. - Seems QB data glitch created a duplicate entry for the $100K bill of 6/2022. I have not specifically seen any other duplicate entries besides this one. This particular bill, when created in 2022, has LOTS of line items to assign costs to a variety of accounts and jobs. More line items than any other invoice entered during 2022.- Bill only appears in "Pay Bills" window. A duplicate
We've been chatting with QBO representatives for the past three weeks, and have escalated the issue to their Engineering to no avail. We've called our bank and they don't see any issues on their end. Therefore we have to manually enter transactions until this is rectified. Very frustrating.
Is there a way for me to run a report to search across all registers (banks and credit cards), to see all transactions that were on a certain date (or range)? Thank you
How do I Make Journal adjustments in Quickbooks desktop
I have QB desktop Enterprise Solutions and we are changing our fiscal year. I entered our short year of 1/1/25-3/31/25. Now I need to enter our full year budget of 4/1/25-3/31/26? The only option I have for the year is a calendar year. I can't find the setting in our version to change this. Thanks.

I already have a blank checks in the printer. I only need to print the signatures on them. Right now I found a way to print signature and date only. Just need date to be gone. I need my checks to be printed like this. NO DATE NO NAME NO AMOUNT ONLY SIGNATURE [Removed attached screenshot]
I mistakenly entered a new employee SSN incorrectly. Found my mistake and corrected it, before any tax issues. However, now he cannot access his pay check stub when I email them out. What makes it update to the correct SSN ending digits? Or is it going to be stuck incorrect forever?
My company has set up an integration between QBO and Bill.com. If we process an invoice dated from earlier in the year (a financial period that has been closed), the expense will post to that corresponding month in QBO. This issue forces us to constantly restate our financial reporting. Is it possible to lock a period so no entries can be posted after it has been closed?
After signing up for update a year ago, the program now asks to register. What's this all about?

Today, My search feature is not working in quickbooks online. I have cleared the cache on my browser, used in private browser, used another browser and it still will not let me search in quickbooks. When I select the magnifying glass to search the screen goes grey and nothing happens.
My associate has found instances where information that she's entered into a customer's account (either into the editable data fields of a customer's profile, or the Notes section), has not been saved - as if she hadn't entered it at all, or had hit the "CANCEL" button, rather than "OK" to exit the account. She has also periodically experienced a customer account inadvertently getting changed to "INACTIVE" immediately following her exiting the account. Has anyone had a similar experience? Note: She's used QB for years and tends to use keyboard strokes (i.e., TAB and RETURN keys), rather than moving the cursor with the mouse (as I do). So, I'm wondering if this could possibly be causing an issue as she is speedily key-stroking - somehow "double-clutching" an simultaneously activating the CANCEL button (erasing her data input), or ticking the INACTIVE box. 🤔 🤔
It is astonishing to me that the Projects landing page is the only source for exportable project data related to Status, Start Date and End Date. The Project Profitability Report DOES NOT offer the ability to display Project Start Date, Project End Date and/or Project Status. To get that information into Excel one must rely on the Projects landing page to load projects on the fly and patiently waiting for the page loading to complete. Suggestion: allow showing one or more of the fields associated with the filters.

We like using QuickBooks Time but do not like that our techs can not see all the customer information needed.
I use this as a backup to make sure the sales tax is calculating correctly but haven't had to in a while since they did an update. I just noticed it about a month ago. I have removed and added the column back and that makes no change.
