We have set up the app that integrates Autotask with QBO. But it appears only one person can use the app. Is that the case? If so, it's very restrictive
When I was recently getting our business taxes together I noticed that our Quickbooks account hadn't synced with our bank since 12/15/23. I keep getting the error message - "Sorry, we can't update your account. Please wait a few hours and try updating again (9999)." The only help I can find says to wait 48 hours and try again. But obviously, that hasn't worked. I appreciate your help! Thanks!

I am a long-term user of Quickbooks. When creating my VAT return on the correct screen, I cannot see historical returns and get a green circle, which prevents me from doing anything unless I close the browser and restart.I am stuck because I can no longer go to HRMC.gov directly to submit a return (I have to use software to file).What do I do?
Hi, I am trying to review a customised profit and loss report for a department. I can see the revenue for that department and the associated costs so that’s great however the wages and associated costs which are done via quickbooks seems to be 1 journal into the accounts and therefore cannot be separated into the particular staff that are in that particular department.Any ideas how I could reflect that in a customised report. Exporting to excel and putting in the wages cost would be 1 solution but not an easy one or one that I really want to use. Thanks Matt

Can anyone tell me how the new fixed asset module is any better than just holding the assets in excel ? I wrongly assumed QB would post the depreciation journal each month but have now been told that is not the case.
I need to make amendments to a previous years payroll (22/23). I have unlocked it and made amendments and submitted an FPS with a "correction to earlier submission" reason and it says it has been submitted correctly. Looking online however, it says I cannot do this through quickbooks. Has this gone through to HMRC or not?I'm using quickbooks online advance payroll

Help!We are a small sports club and our elderly treasurer Mr Peter Bennett has suffered a life changing Stroke. He is seriously ill and unable to communicate.He runs an old desktop pro 2016 quickbooks systemWe have no passwords or admin passwords. The attached pdf shows the original licence number and product numberThe only thing we have is the Quickbook files from his PC.We tried the admin reset link and dont recognise the telephone number the passcode gets sent to.Is there any way to reset the passwords and gain access please?
