Hi, I am trying to migrate from very old V8 QuickBooks desktop to cloud. It's very hard to find the trial versions of QuickBooks desktop 2002 UK version. Contacted support and they said they don't support it as it's so old. Is there anyway someone has a link to the 2002 UK trial version which would be the first stepping stone for migration from V8? I found some trial versions online but that was for Australia and US. I read that you have to go from V8 - 2002 - 2005 - 2008 and so on. Any help is much appreciated. Many Thanks, Matt
Hi we have two subscription under the same company in QuickBooks. One of the subscription is for payroll only and the second one is for our daily operation . How Can I Import/export a finalised pay run from one subscription to the other ?
I have just run payroll for working period 1-29 Feb, our payment date is 10th of the month. QB's has generated my team's P60's even though we haven't worked (or been paid) the month of March yet. Is this correct?
Apparently its a system error? Not fixed for 10 months?
Invoices on my Quickbooks will not send as it says I need to confirm the email address is correct. It is correct and I have tried others in an attempt to make it work but it will not send anywhere and it is very frustrating!

I've tried to delete the journal entries but it says it will delete all information and anything that has been submitted to the pension provider?
Invoice uploaded using Expenditure -> Bills -> Upload from computer. Invoices are PDF with selectable text content.QB is able to recognise supplier perfectly and parse invoices. So why not apply the default nominal code that we have set for each supplier?
I have 4 Euro Invoices and the payment needs to be matched in QB sterling I have no idea how to do this can I get some help?
Anyone having issues with uploading bank transactions through CSV? I keep on having an error "Some info may be missing from your file. Double-check that your file is complete and try uploading again." I have checked my CSV file multiple times, followed the correct instruction but it' still not working. Any help is very much appreciated. Thank you.
Hi all We migrated from QB desktop 2002 to QBO. Due to various things QBO hasn't been used yet. We migrated successfully in June. Now need to get data from June to today over. Last year, our IT guy was able to get a 30 day trial to convert our 2002 file to 2006 first then to 2009. Move my books need the 2009 format. The IT guy can't find trials for 2006 and 2009 now and I've already purged!!! Does anyone know where we could get a free trial of those versions just to convert the backup file? Thanks, Siobhan
Today is March 11, and QuickBooks Online will not update bank transactions that occurred beginning March 4. My bank is properly connected, as the "Cash in Bank" message is accurate and matches the information at my bank. Yes, I have checked the Reviewed, Categorized and Excluded tabs. I have also tried to update numerous times over about 30 minutes. Transactions from as far back as March 4 are not appearing for me to Review and add to my register. Needless to say, the time I am spending on this is a complete waste and I'm really frustrated.
Whilst our carer hasn't earned enough yet to pay NI, at some point she may and therefore I am looking to understand how I go about updating the Income Tax rates that will apply from April 2024 in the UK. We have been without a carer since the pandemic started and so we haven't dealt with the last change back in January
we don't use cheques, maybe once in a blue moon...when i write a cheque qbo enters a number and ebit, so at the moment my next cheque is numbered 30004ebit. can we do away with the automatic cheque numbers and substitute 'visa debit'.
