When filing VAT, it can take up to 10 minutes for QB (Online) to load historical VAT filing reports going back to 2017. Is there a way I can load only the most recent reports?

Hello, New to quickbooks from Sage. How do you dispute a purchase invoice? In Sage it has a function to dispute the invoice but I cant see how to do this in quickbooks.

We have receive an email regarding a read only version of QBD to use after the discontinuation of QBD. The email contain a link to this: Download your QuickBooks Desktop data to your computer with the data export tool (intuit.com). To be honest we have all found this link to be very confusing. What we expected a 'read-only version' to look like was to keep our QBD and for you to just change our access to read only when we logged into it. So everything looks exactly the same except we cannot edit/add or delete anything in there. However, the link you have added is talking about downloading our data to our computer and then uploading them to a QBO company. Why can’t you just change the access our logins give us for our current QBD? I have many questions about the process. I understand that we take a copy of our QBD, just like we would if we were taking a normal back-up, but then the link asks us to upload to QBO.... so1)will we get all our COA, transactions, classes etc imported int
A new client has set-up QuickBooks and connected the bank feeds.For many years, he has used a spreadsheet system, taking the bank CSV and analysing out categories before handing to the accountant. So not to duplicate effort, is there a way to upload the transactions manually into the bank feed with the categories already selected rather than having to go through the categorisation effort again?

As John Lewis is withdrawing its broadband service and the support for associated email addresses I have had to change my email address. I have been able to change the email I use to log into QuickBooks and have found at least one other place that my email is held in the system. However emails from the QuickBooks Team about changes to the system and the like still go to my old email address. Clicking on the preference centre link in their emails does not allow change of the email address. I have had a couple of long conversations with QuickBooks staff but no resolution. Any ideas? Others must be having to change their John Lewis or Waitrose email addresses.
I need to submit a Company Tax return and assumed that the Quickbooks software would handle it. I'm loathe to move to another software company if this issue will be resolved this calendar year.
Our invoices are generated with the correct invoice values. Shortly afterwards, a random selection are being changed to zero, showing that nothing is owed by the customer. This is being done automatically by QB and we have no idea why. It is a major problem which is with QB escalation team but I need an urgent answer as it seems to be happening more and more each day.
How do I add a new accountant using my android phone?
Everytime I receive a payment via the customer page, after saving it does not return the that particular customer home page it navigates to the very first customer I received a payment for on that day, I do this many times a day and having to pull up customer page twice instead of once is becoming frustrating.(I have cleared Cache / Cookies and this has ot resolved it)
I need to correct an entry's class. I thought I might have to do a journal entry but I see no class on a journal entry. Any ideas? Thanks!

If I try to reconnect, after logging in to the bank I get a blank screen, then "looks like there was a problem"TSB shows the authorisation valid and not expired
