I cannot connect Payoner account to Quickbook. I see the error 350
specifically need to see this by day to day view. e.g income £1,000 on 01 Jan, no expenses. Income £1,000 on 02 Jan, £40 in expenses, total £1960.
I created a new company in QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus 2023 by using a file from the accountant. The file had all transactions until end of last year (2021). I went to my participating bank and downloaded all transactions for this year (2022) until today in the qb format and imported to the company file in QB. While doing it, I linked bank accounts to existing accounts in the company file and all went well. Now I am trying to setup online banking feed to automatically download/match all transactions moving forward. I am able to connect to the bank and when I get to "Link" step, it shows my bank accounts on the left, and on the right hand side, it shows quickbook accounts. The dropdown for quickbooks accounts doesn't show my existing bank accounts in the company file. What should I do?Thank you in advance for your help.Best Regards,Arjav Parikh
After down loading the bank feed saving the file to our desk top and opening up the file, Quickbooks opens up the 2022 version we still have on our computerWe have upgraded to QB2023 and cannot get the bank feed to open in Quickbooks 2023 version.Any suggestionsThanks
I have made an adjustment to the VAT in line 4, and have set it against Cash in Hand rather than VAT Control. I can not delete the adjustment and start again. How do I change it?
The invoice automatically generates a Direct Debit request, and usually Quickbooks ties the inbound payment to the request and offers a match, but not this week!
I need my QB Online Estimate template to show "Terms". i.e. Customer Payment Terms. This field is populated when creating a new customer, but I can't find a way to add this field to the template.
I issued a credit note to a customer and subsequently refunded the full amount but the customers account still shows a balance in credit for the same amount. In the transaction list of the customers account the cheque refunded transaction is marked "unapplied" .In the debtors report the customers balance shows as nil so the balance sheet appears to be correct.Any advice would be appreciated.ThanksRobert
I've just setup a pension provider in Quickbooks. In Paylroll > Employees, for employee 1 I can see "Worker category = Not assessed", and can toggle "Enrolled in pension", and below that, "Advanced". For employee 2, all I see is "Not assessed" and "Advanced". There is no "Enrolled in pension" toggle. (See the screenshot.) Why could this be? Other than the fact that one of these employees is the director and one isn't, I don't see any difference between the schedule, pay method, tax codes etc. of these two employees.
We are aware that some QuickBooks Self Employed customers may currently be seeing error messages when viewing invoices sent from QuickBooks Self Employed. We are presently investigating this and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi, as we all know QB Desktop is coming to an end on the 31 Jan 23, I spoke to someone at QB yesterday who informed me that after 31 Jan 23 we will no longer be able to access our QB Desktop as they will withdraw the licence.I have a very big issue with this because our QB Desktop has all our history from the start of the company and I really don't want to lose it, also by Law we have to keep our Accounting records for a minimum of 6 years so how can QB justify their actions.I have tried the QB Online and uploaded all our information from Desktop to Online as a trial and quite frankly Desktop is far superior to Online, also all our clients that we have made inactive in Desktop were now all active in Online and I couldn't make them inactive.Does anyone know if there is any way that we can access Desktop after 31 Jan 23Kind regardsMario

Hi,My hsbc bank feed wouldn't update, spinning circle for ages, no error.I removed and tried to relink, it gets to last stage, picks up account and see's its balance etc but takes while at end then just divers back to start again.Same on app, anyone else having same? Support know about it but not had any info on progress yet so wondering if anyone else has?Thanks
