The sum is less paypal's fee so it needs to be adjusted and the fee noted somewhere.
Hey there, On viewing my tax summary, Quickbooks has categorised a large number of my expenses as disallowable - but I'm 99% sure almost all of them are allowable (my accountant certainly used to put them all through). How can I view the list of which specific transactions have been marked disallowable by QB? At the moment all I can see is a number (39) so I have no way of knowing which transactions are the problem ones... and therefore if it would help to recategorise these transactions. Thanks
they provided limited excel files of all our data and expect us to frankenstein the data to create end of year documents? This is absolutely unacceptable and we paid for this service, has anyone else been told this?

I need to download a copy of all my invoices for the past few years. I have the excel sheet with the basic details but I would like the invoices themselves without having to download each one individually
I have been using the same estimate template for a couple of years now to create my estimates and email them to my (UK) customers. I email my customers summarized details and a PDF attached so they can download a copy of the estimate. I see that now QB have added a new feature enabling me to 'Share a link to the estimate: Your customer can use the link to download, print, or approve the estimate in an instant.'When the customers open that https://connect.intuit.com/..... link in a browser, they can see a small 'View estimate' button on the right and yes, they can download, print the estimate, but with a completely different layout / colour scheme / activity table / of my PDF estimate with lots of info missing, other (not used) info added and a blank footer. There's no option anywhere to customise the online template and nothing I do to my existing estimate templates is reflected on that online version, which the customers are supposed to approve/decline.

I can no longer select displays based on Financial year. Drop down list shows Last 30 days,This month,This month to date,This quarter,This quarter to date,This year,This year to date.
I have paid a quarterly VAT bill, reconciled the bank account and coded it to the VAT liability in the balance sheet. When I go to the Taxes : VAT part of QB and record the payment, the bank account reduces incorrectly and the payment doesnt appear. Essentially QB is recording the payment twice even though it is paid only once appearing in the list of bank transactions.How do I record a VAT payment in the Taxes : VAT section, get it to appear against the only payment in the list of bank transactions and match it.
i have done everything exactly the same as all others but the email gets bounced back. i have tried 3 email addresses. checked all settings and even the help function chat cant help
I left and processed week 4 to week 13 in another payroll system but quickbooks is looking for me to complete these. Help???
Although Payoneer is listed as an Open banking connection available in Quickbooks, additionally this connection worked historically, after being forced to re-connect the open banking link in March by QBO I have been unable to reconnect. Has anybody found a work around as transactions are backing up that I need to reconcile ? Quickbooks support send me these mails every 2 weeks (and have done for 3 months now ! : "We are currently aware of the frustration caused by issues with connection to Payoneer Bank. Users are seeing error "this account stopped syncing because there's a new way to connect it. To fix this, go to the bank or account site in the window we open. Sign in, then return here. (350)" when authorizing the bank feed in QuickBooks Our banking engineers are working to identify the cause and resolve the issue.", why is Payoneer Open Banking connection still advertised on the Quickbooks website as "AVAILABLE" if it is as advertised how do I connect to it please ?
