I tried to search for the transaction of a specific voucher number dated over two years using the search icon. However, I could not see any transaction on the search function before June 5, 2021. How can I use the search function to search the old transactions?
Hi,We are using QuickBooks Online for payroll etc.We need to add a SPF records / DNS record into our own which your company uses.I have been refereed to QuickBooks and also Intuit, but know one knows. As I believe QuickBooks is sending emails on our behalf, this is why I need to add your mail server to our DNS which is a SPF record.Thank you.
I am trying to finalise payroll for a "cancelled" company in QBO, effectively a business I do not pay the subscription for, as I went through a restructure and use QBO for the new entity. When I go into QBO it says I have access to reports until next year, but when trying to access these, for most I keep obtaining an error, such as when trying to go to the Employees tab:Something unexpected happened...We're very sorry, but something has gone wrong. After asking for support in chat, I was told that the only way to finalise STP for a cancelled company is to resubscribe, which is a complete joke for something that would take less than 5 minutes to do, and that I do not require QBO for anything else. I was lodging GST for the last quarter but had to cancel on the last page before marking it as lodged as Australian Tax Office services were unavailable then. Now the quarter I was working with is not available either in ToDo section or the History in GST area. How do I get it back?Thanks
When processing payrun I am constantly receiving payment lines in the payroll with zero value and a warning to that effect. This never used to happen but lately it is a common occurrence. I end up deleting these lines but this is a constant annoyance. Any idea how to fix it?

I have a customer, lets call her Jane Smith. Jane's email is xxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxxJane's invoices go to the above email address and are received by Jane.I have set up automatic payment reminders. Jane's payment reminders go to my personal email address (not linked to QBO in any way that I can see).My email address doesn't seem to be anywhere in Jane's customer file. I can't even find it anywhere in QBO. Unable to see anything related in settings.Can anyone shed some light?
