I've checked various reports but I can't find anywhere that will give me that option.
Basically, I noticed a couple months back that my computer had single user mode on, which I never do since I'm not the Admin. Anywho, I switched it back to multi-user mode and we slowly realized that none of the entries we were making seem to show up on the others' program. Not every entry is this way though, I can still see most of what she files, and she can see most of mine. But I know the computers aren't in sync and I'm sure there's a simple way to fix this, I just have tried google, tried going to the Admin's computer and we both sat there for an hour trying different ways to get things back organized.
I have confirmed all the info with the card company as well, when i click the button that says authorize and go back to intuit, it imediatlely says "having trouble connecting"
my bank is verified and connected, but I only get option to pay payroll tax outside of qb

Hi everyone, I am new to Quickbooks and have started by entering all of our banks/transactions for the last 3 years. I have categorized and selected customer/supplier for all the bank transactions, when I go to a supplier the transactions I categorized are there (I am going back and creating invoices/matching payments for any accrual based transactions where the invoice came in the month(s) prior to payment. When I go to any customers there is no listing? I do not wish to re-enter 3 years worth of sales invoices 1 by 1, 99.5% of them are C.O.D. same day and similar to the suppliers/expenses I intended to create invoices/bills that only are relevant for accrual. Any suggestions I appreciate it. Thanks!
Hoe do I pay for quick books
Bank feeds feature in US version has advance mode but Canadian version does not have the advance mode. I am unable to understand as to why this feature has not yet been introduced in Canadian version especially because it is very useful and makes bank feeds feature not only very easy but much more. When can we expect inclusion of this feature in Canadian Version of QuickBooks desktop.

They would like to switch to qbo now but have plans of potentially closing the business in the next year and are concerned about having access to records for tax review purposes. They are currently using desktop pro 2012.
My question is _not_ "how do I generate a cash flow statement?". My question is "How can I break down a cash flow statement by period?" I'm trying to build a monthly cash flow forecast for 2024, and it would be useful to see the equivalent actual figures for comparison/ as a baseline. If I run an income statement, or a balance sheet, I can break it down using the "Show Columns" drop-down, but I don't see the drop-down in QB Desktop when I run the cash flow. How can I breakdown the Dates into different periods? Many thanks!
I need payroll added to my account, but apple subscriptions has no option for upgrade or to change my plan.
All payroll information is accurately recorded. If i go to an individual employee I can see his advance balance. Yet I cannot find a report that accurately shows me how my balance in the Chart of accounts 'employee advances' comes together. Shouldn't I be able to run a report that tells me of the say $1,000 $300 is owed by employee x and 700 is owed by employee y? That obviously is information I might be looking for, and I cannot figure out how to get it.I would appreciate help with that.
How do I do income tax
If I want to import bank transactions of a specific period, is it possible through bank feed feature. I am using desktop pro Canadian version and bank feed feature in Canadian version is different from US version.
when I import sales transactions through bank feeds and try to add it, it gives a message that there is no invoice in the name of this customer. Then How should I add this sales transaction into QuickBooks desktop.
