Now I cant get the Stubs to print
Balance sheet and US bank register in QBO do not match (QBO- multi currency - main currency is CAD and CAD bank is fine) what is the possible reason for this? The QBO register does balance with the bank register, only the amount displayed in the balance sheet does not. Haven't had that happen in the desktop version previously. Thanking you in advance
We linked a new account and requested data from November 2011 through to current. Only the last 3 months came through, how can we get the older data?

Hi There,I was uploading my daily sales to Quick Books desktop using a IFF File until yesterday. Today just I can't upload it. It mark error. I think it has something to do with the taxes codes, before the GST and PST were not set up properly and when pulling the report there were no entries on the report, I got the instructions on how to set up the codes and preferences, now they show in the report but when I try to upload my IFF file of today, just can't. Any suggestions? Thank you.
Question is in the title. I plan to leave home without LTE data plan on my phone and get back home all of this without LTE. Will the tracker still work?

When I try to manually enter the proper sequential invoice the very next invoice I open reverts back to an older number still containing "-REV" in the box. This is not desktop version, I am using QB online
When I send an invoice it doesn’t go through all of a sudden on some invoices . I’ve changed nothing and the emails are all correct . There is a red bar with an email send error in it ?

I have QBO, the client would like to change the subscription to be billed through me. The previous administrator was listed as the primary admin on the account and left the company over a year ago. Is there any way to change this?

Is there some place to find descriptions for each of the standard account numbers? For example, I'm trying to figure out whether computer software subscriptions need to go under 61700 Computer and Internet Expenses or 62500 Dues and Subscriptions. I often have questions like this, so I would love to be able to find a list of the account codes with descriptions of what should be included in each.Thank you.
Does anybody have a hint for my problem? I have a whole bunch of credit memos for item X. The credit memo reads: qty 900 - Rate 0.25 - Tax G - Amount $225In the inventory ledger, it reads:qty 900 - Rate 2,307.90 - Amount 2,077,000WHY? In the inventory itself, the item is listed with 3.40. No 0.25. Not 2,307.90. I am dumbfounded, but surely there must be an easy explanation?
