Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to export the data for AP Aging Summary.I want to export the AP Aging Detailed Info Including The Sales Tax information.The only way it to get the sales tax information seems is by clicking into it.And that's gonna take a while.... We don't use paper cheques for employees. When we run payroll we only need to print paystubs as we do an EFT for each employee on our bank to pay them. Is there a way to get rid of the "to print" status on paycheques without manually entering EFT in the cheque number field after we run our payroll?
I am looking to add a custom checklist onto my Quickbooks Time clock-in/out menu that is required AFTER the employee has signed out. I am looking to achieve a "Before you go" or "Reminder" function (ie. did you grab tools from site, clean up, count installed items, etc) Is that possible?
I've seen numerous threads saying the receipt feature take blurry images. Please, can QuickBooks fix this? This was one of the main features I purchased Quickbooks Online ($85/month) for and it doesn't work! And YES, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. That did not fix anything. It is obviously a BUG inside of the app. Please escalate this issue and provide support. And please do NOT tell me this is not a reported problem. A quick search of the forum shows it has been reported by a dozens of people. And the moderators keep writing back to reinstall the app and this is not a reported problem so it's a non-issue. For the #1 software app in the United States of America, can we please get support on this issue?
As the title says , my QB mobile app does not show the recent 3000 transactions I have imported on my QBO account. yea the banks refreshed, app redownloaded , account re synced , I have read every single forum on the site and no one has a answer. the ironic thing is if I sign into QBO on q browser or my phone ( or through the AI chat that brings a browser within the app ) they both show my updated transactions ( imported via csv on the QBO account ). this is really really frustrating as I have A LOT of expenses to catogrize and at this point this company is failing me after year 5. 2 days ago i tried to get help with this and was hung up on whilst talking to a human in tech support. please fix this . I am happy to make sure to never recommend this to many other business owners …. I feel very ignored at this point . and to boot, I pay every month for the self employed app and that does not have any of the transactions either ! fix this or r
the closed credit card activity was summarized and posted to new qbo account. payment also posted to new qbo acct but some activity relates to old acct. other than journal entries, could you merge the two qbo credit card accts that were/are linked to bank? reconciliation still possible?

I've checked and checked again, but when I link QB to our USD ISCU MC, it pulls in our Canadian Mastercard transactions. I've unlinked it, and linked it again. We are using multicurrency settings. Has anyone encountered this before?
When did QBO stop providing a default chart of accounts for new clients added by accountants? It's only with accounts added by an accountant.

I received this error in the quickbooks connector app when synching my first shopify sale. It doesn't specify what needs to be activated and all the items that are in the invoice have been created in QB and SHOP and are active. The only thing that I though might be stopping it is the shipping. But in the report it says that the shipping "product" was created. I checked and it is in my products in QB and is active. The client has been added but the transaction is not. Not sure what to do. No search results come up for this particular error code. Anyone have any ideas?
I have uploaded prior months bank transactions into QBO and am trying to figure out how to deal with the customer deposits. Lets say on Jan 5th the customer puts in $10. For this Im categorizing it as Customer Deposit (Current Liability) and putting in the Customers name from the Banking menu. Then after 2 weeks they pay the remainder of $190. So total to sales should be $190 and the amount in Customer deposits should be zeroed out. Im not sure how this can be done. I dont want to waste time creating invoices for the deposits and the full payment and then matching it to the bank feed. That just feels like double work
How to I create a new account type in the COA? I am looking to add an account type to align with other franchises. I have looked through many of the help answers and it consistently talks about setting up the COA but we have it set up already. We are needing to add a type.
