IN APPROVALS REPORT WHAT DOES IT MEAN WHEN THERE IS A YELLOW FLAG BY EMPLOYEES HOURS?
I WANT TO RECORD THE DAY AN EMPLOYEE CALLS IN SICK, SO WHEN I NEED TO I CAN LOOK BACK AND SEE WHY THEY DIDNT WORK THAT DAY. HOW CAN I RECORD THAT??
In tsheets (or QB in possible) I want to set each service item as billable or non_billable so the employee doesn't have to do that manually. Is that possible?
My company usually works with some temporary employees. I wonder if the Timesheet allows the adding user to sign up or log in without providing their phone number. The admin can provide a phone number. However, our regular users don't want to provide their phone numbers. If it is possible, please give me details instructions on how to do that as well. I have a client using QB Enterprise and TSheets. Their payroll is outsourced. I can't figure out how to get any labor costs to show of the Job P & L Reports. I can get the time and a cost to show in the Time/Cost window. I select it to add to the invoice, but it doesn't show in the cost on the Job P & L Report. Can anyone help?Thank you
I have a contractor that I have hired as a W2 employee. I have changed them in my ADP RUN system and terminated the 1099 profile but the import to tsheets merely archives the employee and does not add the W2 employee. the import log stated that the user was skipped as it is already associated with a different remote user. Can the ADP RUN ID be re-assigned to the new employee profile?
New Intuit Security won't allow me to log into TSheets. I have tried updating my password, cleared my cache. Still no luck.
Seems like I'm not the only one having fun with the updated QBO/QBT integration. Before the integration was updated a couple of weeks ago, I had QBT configured to require a user to select Service Item and Billable values when entering their time. These fields are no longer required after the integration. When I go into QBT preferences to make these required, the values are grayed out with a note that this must be done in QBO. However, I've not been able to find an option in QBO to do this. I spoke to QBT support who said I had to speak to QBO support and this person had no clue what I was talking about. Can anyone help me with this?
I can't remember my password, so I get a code sent to me. I want to change my password to one I will remember, but when I try to do this, it asks me for a password. This seems like it shouldn't be that way.Thanks in advance for your help.

I created a team member in TSheets that I need to delete. Archiving doesn't solve the issue of trying to recreate the team member profile via our QuickBooks integration. I need to completely delete them from the system.
I have two employees that are able to use QB Time to clock in and out, but I can't see their timesheets as the admin. They have sent me screenshots of their timesheets from the app, so it's clear that they are able to login and track their time with our company, but for some reason their timesheets don't show up on my end. They never show up in the "Who's Working" window, I can't find their timesheets in any of the reports, and when I look at their names under "My Team" it says it's been weeks since they last clocked in (which I know is not accurate). Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
I have a couple of guys that have updated to the newest release of the time app and are unable to upload pictures. They are choosing them and the app acts like it is doing it but they are not actually showing after they are done. Any ideas?
I've sent a new empolyee an invite to join, and he has received it. When he tries to join he gets an error saying he can't because he 'does not belong to any QB time company'. The app immediately logs him out. What is he doing wrong?

How do I edit which service items are applied to which employees? Each employee is assigned a single service item for time at any customer/job. I don't see where I can apply those details in TSheets per employee.

When is discontinue QuickBooks 2021? and can I use QuickBooks 2021 in 2022.
We are a nonprofit using Quickbooks Premier and thinking of switching to QBO. We use Paychex and use Journal entries to allocate payroll costs to Programs/Funds (classes and subclasses) each pay period using an Excel workbook. We would like to avoid all of the Excel workbook allocations by using Quickbooks Payroll, timesheets (Quickbooks Time) and class tracking in order to have each employee's payroll costs to be allocated based on their timesheet. (E.g. Employee1 works two weeks full time, of which 20 hours was for Program (class) A and the remaining 60 hours was for Program B.) Will all of the payroll costs allocate onto the P&L (Statement of Activities) based upon the timesheet (25% Program A and 75% Program B), including employer payroll taxes, employer-paid health premiums, employer-paid 401k Profit Sharing, and work comp? Using Enterprise 2021. Recently we are unable to sync with Quickbooks Time via the toolbar (Employees>Enter Time>Sync Quickbooks Time). When the sync time popup opens we get another popup that is a script error on this page. After clicking yes to continue running scripts, it allows to enter a username and password but then has an error "Cannot complete integration - Non-QBD flavor 'wc' is already installed".We are able to sync using the App Management - Update Web Services - Quickbooks web connector, but this is not ideal. This process was shown to me by a Quickbooks Time rep. She mentioned that we had too many "Versions used on file" shown after hitting F2. I talked to Quickbooks rep and he said those cannot be removed. I am at a lost. Everything was working fine last week. To my knowledge there were no updates or changes.

Has anyone been having issues with the QuickBooks Time mobile application not synching? I have one user who is having to take screenshots of his timecard and then email them to me because the mobile app is not synching daily. He has to manually synch every time.
When I create a customer in QBOP, and it transfers into QB time, each customer I have to manually click the service item to be required. Is there anything I can do that we do not have to do this manual step? In QBOP, I have selected to have the service item as part of time tracking.
I am currently logged into my other intuit products (QBO) and my login in ad MFA work fine, however when it try to login to TSheets it says "We couldn't find a TSheets account associated with this User ID or email address." I attached the screenshot. This is keeping me from entering time and invoicing my customers.
I was wondering if there was a way I could create a timesheet on Tsheets without choosing a customer on the app? I don't need one for the office work, but it won't let me get past that point. I don't have the option to choose (no customer), so how do I go forward?Thanks!
