I know there is a feature to send reminders to customers to pay their bill but I don't want to do that for everybody because that would be embarrassing to send someone reminder to everyone when some jobs hasn't even been completed. I only want to send reminders to specific customer that doesn't want to pay their bill, nobody else. Is there a way to do that?
On Quickbooks desktop the report would show prepaid customers.
On accrual basis. Basically the title. For example, get an invoice in January, pay in February, bank posts ACH transfer fee in March. Should I (1) just record the bank fee as an expense on the cash basis date (March), (2) create a bill for it dated on the day of the payment of the invoice (February), or (3) create a bill for it dated on the day of the invoice (January). Thanks!

Hello - I am running my PNL reports for year end. When the report is created it is including the bank deposits linked to my checking account and the Invoices from my Markate Business Software I use for Invoices. The total income the PNL report is showing is twice what it should be as the amounts are being duplicated. I would like to know how to create a report using either the bank deposits or the invoices to get the accurate income to run my report. Any help is here is appreciated.
I have some old inventory items that show a value - although there are 0 items in inventory. Any idea how to clear these values IN THE CURRENT YEAR?They are mostly under 5 cents and clearly off due to rounding, but there are a ton of them. I don't want to do a GJE as previously suggested as these values are attached to items.
I have just set up my Program to Import an IIF file. All the accounts match my chart of accounts however, I am getting an error message that says "Error on line 14: You can't change the type of account". I have went through everything probably 10 times and I can't seem to get it right. Can someone give me some suggestions as I can't review the report to see where the error is?
When I press ‘make a copy’ it closes out the current invoice and does not open a copy.
I still need invoices. I changed tax status back to taxable. However, all pledges remain and have not been recategorized a invoices. How do I fix it?
I'm wary that my account was hacked or somehow maybe through pocket-dialing my phone added the car to my account. I've searched on the web site for a way, and I even tried replacing this never-used car with another that I just bought last week. Still, I can't get rid of it.
It appears that there is a rule that was created that assigned all my "Mobile Deposit" transaction as being income from the wrong customer categorized as Uncategorized Income. I have searched all the rules and there isn't a rule set to categorize Mobile Deposits. I need to stop this from happening.

Emailed receipts are not showing up about 15% get lost and I have to resend. I do not get notified of any errors. If I'm am not hyper diligent I will miss expenses.
When I attempt to send an email invoice to client they never receive it. I even tried putting my email and I never received the invoice.
