QBDT 2020- trying to import accountant changes for first time and saved a pdf of the changes to my desktop first. Now it seems the import does not know where to go; it won't proceed, it just wants to save another copy. Suggestions?
I have selected "bank data", connect to my account, the account is listed with a green check mark. I attempt to select the account and connect, but the connect button is not operating. Is there a quick fix?
I started my QB account in August of 2021and, for some reason, it doesnt show my income or transactions from before August. It only shows money in and money out from August to now.
Why some bank transactions not given an option of being a Liability (expense) Lets say i transfered money from savings to checking to pay an expense, what type of transaction would it be?

In my Sales Tax Liability Report, clicking on any of the three total amounts (gross, non-taxable, or taxable) leads me to the same place: a list of taxable sales. I need a list of *non-taxable* sales. I have tried clearing my cache, but nothing changed.
The video says, "To get started select COMPANY | EXPORT YOUR COMPANY FILE TO QB ONLINE. Well, that link is not under COMPANY its under FILE and it doesn't link to QB Online and ask me to select a company. I just purchased this account yesterday.
QB Chat insists that the money has been deposited into the bank account but it has not and Citibank says that it has not. I ask for a supervisor and get the run around with no supervisor to be found. I WILL NEVER USE QB AGAIN FOR RECIVABLES! Someone please help!
I could do this before with QuickBooks Desktop. Now I am using QuickBooks Online.
