I accidentally purchased a subscription. I thought this promotional offer was going to connect to my current account/company but it created a new one and now I have a subscription I don't need and an unnecessary company that I am not going to be using! I already cancelled the company, but it has charged me! I was told by a representative that it wouldn't charge me, but it did! Not sure what to do here!

How do I stop using classes in QB Desktop 2020? I inactivated all classes but when entering transactions it still asks for a class.
