Hello!I am using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2020. I created a new credit card account in chart of accounts. The starting balance is 5700. I have some transactions to lessen that balance. But unfortunately when I do, it comes up as a charge-which seems correct-but ADDS too the balance of the card rather than taking away from it.It also states the 5700 balance as a first transaction being a charge as well. I hope this makes sense. How do I change this?
Is the primary admin from the Intuit Account User Management the same-thing as primary contact within camps.intuit.com site?
I lost the plus (new dep) on the Deposit window (partners phone did too) and when I called Quickbooks they say their discontinuing the Apps.
I am trying to figure out how to make my products and services into categories. I have read multiple (previously asked) related questions, but I do not even have the option to "turn on" categories? I go to the Sales menu, select Products and Services, select the dropdown MORE, and here is where people have said that there is an option to manage categories, but I only have run report and price rules. How do I update my products and services INTO CATEGORIES? We use Online.
Who else misses the ability to use the Online Version - Desktop App for Mac instead of webpage online version?

If I drill down on the vendor's time entries, they all have the vendors name so why doesn't the report show the name?

My automatic late fees have not been generated for this month. This creates a lot of extra work for me and frankly, with what we pay for Quickbooks, I'm a bit miffed that I keep having issues! Also I have no idea if this is a permanent problem or a one time glitch?
