I know where to go to update it, but I can't receive a text to the old number to verify it's me making the change...
Hi Community, I hope everyone is safe during these crazy Covid-19 days. My work (small company...no I.T. dept) uses Quickbooks basically to charge tuition and keep track of it. My boss is the one who has it on her computer desktop. We are currently closed due to the pandemic and my boss has asked me to do the quickbooks entries for her going forward until she can again. Here is my problem...I have never used quickbooks before. I have seen how she enters charges and collects payments. She said she can add me as a user but that is all she knows. So, do I need to purchase a desktop version? I do not have remote access to her computer. Not even sure how or where to start. Thank you ever so much!
We are accountants and we've bought many QB versions over the years. I need to see that list of products and license numbers. I have been there before, but can't find it anywhere now.
I have the column on the left, nothing more.
Quick Books Online - Why is my register showing undeposited funds when I have deposited them from the undeposited funds account. Seems that when single checks are deposited, then shows up in register with the undposited funds. Is this correct
Hi,I do not do business or work out of a shop. I do electrical residential and commercial contract services. When I buy tools to do the job how do I categorize them? Would it be an Asset or an Expense? I also do not truly understand the idea of depreciation related to shop tools vs. job site tools.$100 to $600 tools.
