Hello, İ need help.İ have this client İ have been working on for years as an accountant in his QBO account. İ tried to access the account on his companies profile but it just keep circling me to the login page and choose your company page. İ entering correct credentials. What should İ do? İ tried to contact to support but it also brings me to the login page nothing happen just keeps circling. İ also used different devices, clear history and so on.
For awhile I have been seeing the pop up that there is a new version of Desktop available (2024). Today, I decided to do the upgrade (I assume its included in the ridiculous yearly charge). When I log into camps.intuit, I just get a blank screen. I have tried two different browsers. So, my question is, do I need to do this upgrade seeing as I am unable to? I have no choice but to continue to pay for QB so, they will get my money either way.
We are being told the reason we cannot set up online bill pay or direct deposit for payroll is because my name is flagged as fraud and I am the account holder. Is there anything else that can be done?

Dear Quickbooks Forum, I have 3 separate logins on my Computer, by mistake. Everything got screwed up when I moved, and had some trouble, and mistakenly created too many user accounts. The 3 are: xxxAdministrator, xxx Standard User, and xxxxxxAdministrator Under xxxAdministrator I have 1 file: [removed] Under xxx Standard User I have 4 files: [removed], and Trust Under xxxxxxAdministrator I have 12 files, but none of the files listed above. I would like to have all 16 files accessible under xxxxxxAdministrator and under xxx Standard User, and get rid of xxxAdministrator. How can I do that?
The Capcha / Recapcha stuff during Intuit login is starting to get ridiculous. There appears to be no rhyme or reason as to when we'll have to match those poor quality photos to some random topic (seems to always be Motorcycles, Bridges or Stairs). Again, the quality of the puzzle we're being asked to solve is poor at best.Coupled with a token-based authentication check (much better than text authentication), the technology is definitely "old school".How about Intuit invest some of those dollars into certificate based authentication (Passkeys)?
When I put an entry in accounts payable and tab over, it skips the "billed" field. This just started today so I don't know what I have done. It skips from the "due date" field over to the field where I check when reconciling. How do I fix this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Our carrier lost package. I have already replaced items to customer. Where do I post carrier reimbursement of replacement cost of lost items? Im using quickbooks premier plus desktop
In QBO ADV, you cannot directly control the order of appearance of custom fields from the "Manage Custom Fields" section because QBO ADV automatically determines the order based on how the fields were added and currently does not provide a feature to explicitly rearrange them; you can only choose which forms the custom fields appear on and not their exact placement within the form layout. In short, "Not drag-and-drop functionality" and "Field creation order matters" from the "Manage Custom Fields" section. Any thoughts about it?Thanks!Mario L.

where is the add company?
I need to export check information to map to my bank as a positive pay file. I cannot see where I can choose the filed "name to print on checks".
I'm adding an entire month of expenses and deposits. When I search by date for what I have added so far they do not show up. The only way I can view them is in, Chart of Accounts, but not in my checkbook register or transactions. What am I doing wrong?
For QBO Advanced, I need clarification on this: {Effective February 26, 2024, Intuit will limit the ability to restore company data to within one previous calendar year. Backups that are older than one year will not be retrievable by the company.} Specifically, I want to know, will data older than one previous calendar year be lost forever if I need to restore a backup?
