It's been an issue on all mine and my employees' Android phones. It will load for literal hours then randomly work then revert back to unusable. We have all tried clearing data and reinstalling.
When I receive individual payments from customers, I close the corresponding invoices and submit the payments to the undeposited funds account. When the lump sum payment appears in the bank account, I currently have to manually create a new bank deposit and check off the relevant transactions. This process is quite laborious. I would like to know how I can use batch transaction deposits to match the transactions in undeposited funds, so I don't have to manually check off each one.
It seems that there is no way to delete an item or account.1. When an item or account is deactivated, when does it get deleted from storage? (in case of accidental input)2. I understand that there is a full update option. Are there any attributes that cannot be updated?

I am setup as an account admin. In the past my company has not setup projects correctly. They have created an estimate and then use the estimate to invoice. We are now setup to use QB Time so I need to create Projects to track costs for project. I tried to create a New Project but get the following error code when I try and save: GraphQL error: User is not authorized to make this request. Our account manager says I have the right permissions. Any suggestions?

In bank transactions page my account show I have a considerable amount of money, when I go to print a check page it shows a different amount(way less).
I've had the same product (service) descriptions saved and have used them hundreds of times for both estimates and invoices. Today, I noticed that QBO has forgotten how to format this content and is starting a new line in the text block in the wrong places, creating "orphaned" letters on the previous line and nonsensical remainder words at the beginning of the next line. Truly, it has made all of these important descriptions illegible to the would-be customers. (In other words, makes our company look very unprofessional sending this word salad out in estimates). Help!
