Which beginning balance is referenced in a reconciliation report?
I deleted a memorized transaction. How do I keep the reminders from popping up every time at login? I can not edit the memorized transaction because I already deleted it. I tried making a new one with the same name and changing it to "don't remind me" and that did not work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
All accts linked fine last week. Tried to update 2 days ago and got error message. Unlinked all accounts and 2 linked back up and 1 wouldn't and still won't.
how do i locate credit card statement on QB to reconcile
I’m reconciling bank and have a question. Service charges always entered in the window “begin reconciliation” under service charge tab. My deposit/credits and checks/debits transaction quantities on the bank statement matches to quantities under items have been marked cleared in QBD. I’m ready to click reconcile now but under difference tab I have my service charge amount and under service charge tab I have same amount. Service charge is always automatically entered in the system once the month is reconciled. What am I doing wrong here? Thank you

I am recording deposits into QB. I have entered all deposits, then I click save and close. It goes to the top of the screen to tell me "Something's not quite right". How do I figure out what is not quite right?
I have just signed up with Quickbooks for the first time ever on Wednesday because my previous bookkeeping service is closing. I am trying to connect my American Express credit card, and I can't move past the screen to 'verify I am human'. I've cleared cache and cookies, and tried setting it up on 3 different browsers. I have been in contact with customer service twice. They are telling me that there is a known issue with credit cards right now and that the back-end team is working on it. But there is no estimate of when it will be corrected so I should just import all of the transactions manually. It was suggested I visit the community to seek updates about the problem, but when looking through the community, it seems there are frequent connection issues with cards - specifically American Express. Trying to reconcile account and it shows my beginning balance is off -$343.08 but when I click on fix it only a deleted check for $84.70 appears.

Dear community, We are having some trouble connecting QuickBooks to our First American Bank CaShTrac online banking environment. First of all, there are numerous First American Banks to choose from when setting up the online bank connection in the QuickBooks environment. So far, we have tried every bank login page of the selection that is available, but we cannot seem to find the correct one. The login page we use for our online banking is https://www.firstamcashtrac.com/ When you open this link, you will see 3 fields you have to fill. However, in QuickBooks, when choosing First American Bank from the list of banks, you either have to fill 2 fields or 4, never 3. Therefore, we do not have the possibility to create an online bank connection. We hope there is someone in the community who has experienced the same issue, or someone who can offer us a solution. Hi, I am using webhooks to insert/update data of sales receipts of QB into salesforce but few records are missing in syncing in Salesforce. Need urgent help on this issue (production issue)For example- We have 90 Sales Receipts generated on 1st July 2022 in QB in which only 5 records synced over to Salesforce. We have seen the log but no error logs.

Where do I see the employees pay stubs?
Hi, Back in Sept. 2018, I entered a bill for $1530.00 and paid it from my bank account. The check was never cashed. The invoice and payment were deleted just last month. I cannot reconcile the bank account because it says that my beginning balance is off by $1530.00. I cannot reinstate this transaction because it will throw off my bank balance. How can I fix this? Do I have to do a journal entry? Which one? Thank you.
I have been able to download transactions from my Citibank account to my Bank account in QuickBooks Desktop for 2 years, but now suddenly it does not recognize my Bank account in QuickBooks. The account has online access activated. It has not had an issue up until this week. How do I resolve this? I do not want to lose the past 2 years of data, so I do not want to create a new account. Please advise.
