I don't know what the heck is going on. There are Quickbook payments that should be matched to a deposit that I can't get to match. They show in the register but are also stuck in the deposit area. Unter the "Categorized" tab in banking doesn't have anything for the past year. And the person on the chat seems to know less than I do. Is there someone willing to help?

After Reconciliation the Bank Register shows Uncleared Transactions. I tried to correct and change manually and now I am with same Transaction posted twice in Register-once as C and once as R (without green sign). The beginning balance is correct.Any idea how to solve this? What will show up on next Reconciliation Report?
Hello,My bank has been enrolled in bank feeds for years. I went to download transactions into one of my accounts so that I could reconcile and noticed that the transactions would not download. The transactions typically download straight into my bank feeds but I also know how to save the download an import via web connect. Neither is working. I deactivated my bank account to set it up again in hopes of fixing the issue and now I cannot even connect to my bank account to set up bank feeds. I know my login credentials are correct because I opened another browser. I even re-enrolled into quickbooks online services through my bank and still no luck. There are two banks that show up for the bank I use and neither one that I select allow me to connect.
Hi QB forum, Update/auto-add my American Express statements for my 2020 reconciliation please. They were not auto-added for reconciliation, I can only view 2021 statements. I really need the statements auto-added via QBO. I'm really hoping I don't have to go into my amex online account and export / save each 2020 statement and manually bring each one in?

How do I enable an account for Bank Feeds without logging into the online bank account? I already have the QBO files that I want to import using "Import Web Connect File". But I am not able to select the correct account because it is not set up for bank feeds.
PNC bank connection issues
An Account in Banking isn't appearing for Matching, but it exists and used to be there. Basically, I'd go to "Banking" then select an account, then go down to the transactions and match/add whatever transaction occurred. However, there's an account that used to appear in my selection that's no longer there and I'm curious on how to get it to appear again. Thank you! :)
