I need to figure out how to access the funds that were sent from a customer and rejected by my bank and now sits in undeposited funds.
I just resubscribed to my account and as I go over with my bank register in QB, it is not showing the transactions after the time my account got cancelled.
I've followed the directions and even went to the brick and mortar bank. They said the problem was on the QuickBooks side.
What happened? What changed? I cannot find my complete 2020 register?
I do not want the next day deposit or ACH transaction fee for deposits. I want to keep the current version.

I enter correct info, QB texts me a code, i enter code and still cant get it to connect
