how to remove an old credit card account from the banking dashboard?
i have deposits that have come with no name ,reference or customer name. can i search for the amount to see if it matches anyone
QBO suggests I do a "direct bank feed" for a credit card account (bank is Commonwealth in Australia).When I start the process, it only permits me to enter a BSB and Account number. There seems no way to nominate a credit card account (whereas the existing "non direct" bank feed uses the credit card number).Is it possible to have a "direct bank feed" for a credit card? Specifically with Commonwealth Bank?
No bank feeds for 20 days ,yesterday a com.unity member informed I can use bookkeeping function to update bank transaction ,I cannot find bookkeeping function on my quickbboks online ,is there any other way.
No bank feeds for 18 days ,frustrating I am connected with Anz all accounts are active ,but no regular feeds ,is this a program error ,can this be fixed ,I have self employed app it gives me regular feeds ,but quickbooks online very erratic.

Irregular bank feeds on quuckbooks online ,every 2 weeks ,is this normal ,I have self employed app it works well feeds every 2 Nd day ,can I fix this ,I have no bookkeeping function on quickbooks or line ..

No bank feeds for 14 days ,I am using Anz ,when I got to transactions on program all 3 bank accounts are updated 30 march ,and I scroll down message is all caught up ,very confusing ,there are no transaction to review also I am connected to bank .can anyone suggest what problem may be or is this normal.you get feeds once a month .

No bank feeds for 10 days ,bank balances ok but no transactions.
No bank feeds for 8 days ,no transactions ,I have re entered bank I'd and password, no luck.
Entries are on my bank statement, but there are missing entries in the bank feed. Alway been updated etc
I've found some serious issues. 1)With credit cards, often a charge might come in as a pending charge. Esp with international merchants, you may get 1/1 $1.01. Then after a few days the bank statement shows 2/1 $1.03 and stays there. Sometimes QBO will see this change, and only show the last item. Sometimes it will show both, duplicating the charge. It happens even with Amazon AU, so sometimes you get 2 charges same amt, sometimes different amt due to forex. 2) BOQ enhanced feed - which comes direct from BOQ and isn't scraped, is innaccurate.In the last week, I found 4 transactions in BOQ that aren't loaded into QBO. WIth these issues, I'm having doubts whether I can trust this software. As a sole trader, I don't need to use QBO, I can do spreadsheet if I like. If I can't even trust a bank feed coming in, why not use a spreadsheet? I'm disappointed we are paying now hiked to $22/mth and basically I can't use rules because I can't trust my feed an
If a loan account (or frequent flyer credit card) is used for both deductible and non deductible expenses, is there an easy way to track the balance of each, for the purposes of apportioning interest as deductible and non deductible? Cheers
