My Direct Deposit Payroll Run Summary is detailing all the previous payrolls processed on the current summary. How do I fix this so only the current summary shows?
Payroll Details report export creates columns that contain detail data only and additional columns with different headers that contain the total for the column. We were informed in March that this was a know defect and it was being worked on. I called for an update today and was told it's an Excel issue. Can anyone explain how Excel is creating headers that weren't provided by the export file?
Salaried employee has 65 hours in Clockshark and worked on ten jobs. Time was imported from Clockshark and I need to know what dollar amount was charged to each job for this employee.

Does anyone know why Intuit does not load 941X forms with the other tax forms that they file in the Payroll Tax Center Filed Forms section? I spent a lot of time searching for a 941X that was filed, got no where with support, and found out later that "We do not upload the amended copies to the Payroll Tax Center any longer." What is the reason for this? Why not keep all tax forms together? I go there at the end of the year to pull reports for my accountant to file our corporate tax. It is now up to me to keep track on forms outside of that repository. Is this a matter of saving a step for Intuit? Do you know that this is an inconvenience to customers?
I changed the employee settings back to paper, but cannot edit the check to change it from direct deposit because taxes have been paid. I have never printed a paper check, so am unsure how to proceed. QBO support is unhelpful.
We are overcharged for payroll core worker charge when using Intuit Quickbooks Payroll Online service monthly.
I had suspended the account due to the business closing, but am trying to finalize 2022 taxes (I know, but we had an extension filed). I couldn't update the bank register and tried to sign up again, but it seems to have taken me back to the beginning. Can I recover my previous account/data??
One employee recently moved, rest in Texas. I have talked to 2 different people at support. One didn't understand probelm, and the other saw my problem, but didn't know how to fix - told me to call AR. Help!

We have 3 employees --- 2 salaried and 1 hourly. We use T-sheets to track hours on jobs, and for our hourly employee I can run a job costing/profitability report and see their hours. However, I would like to account for the 2 salary employees with job costing, using the time sheet data and a set rate. Basically, how to do I take that time data, signify a rate and have it show up on my job costing/job profitability without having to go through payroll? Without this information, we are missing a HUGE part of the picture of the business.
the company pays for the employees health insurance. I have two employees who prefer a different insurance program, but they make the actual payments. My predecessor was writing them a check as a vendor to reimburse them, instead of putting it on their paychecks as non-taxable reimbursement. is writing them a check as a vendor the correct way? or would it be better to add it to their checks as non-taxable reimbursement, and what would be the correct way to set that up?
Contactor changed banks and gave me a new routing and account number. The direct deposit was debited from my payroll account but she says she did not receive it
I haven't been able to automatically add time tracked to invoices for some time. It was working fine, but a few months ago it stopped. I have been using a manual workaround that is time consuming. I'm using Online Essentials, single employee tracking, all Time settings are turned on for billable time. What is new is that I now only get the following error when I go to Time Overview. Any suggestions?

If an employee is given a petty cash advance in one year and they repay it the next year, my P&L statement shows a negative amount on the expense account for the year they paid. I have checked and rechecked to make sure everything is set-up correctly. Anyone have any advice or does this even matter?

Help! Trying to do the now mandatory California Pay Data Report (CA Civil Rights Dept) - it breaks down job classifications w/ "Race-Ethnicity-Sex" codes.My problem is that they want the ANNUAL income (W2 box 5) for ONE select 2-week pay period in 2022 Q4. I have on average 120 hourly employees with quite a bit of turnover. How on earth shall I run a report for JUST those employees for my 2-week pay period in Q4 but show the annual wages for only those working that period?They call this section of the report "Pay Band" and I have to break down how many people of certain race/ethnicity/sex make annual wages in certain ranges. I am going to pull my hair out - HELP????
I had a contractor fill out their profile, but they didn't enter their Direct Deposit information. They are now ready to enter it, and the link they have from the initial email says it's "expired", and there is no "resend direct deposit info request" link in their profile. I also tried deleting their contact so they can fully start over, and the only thing I can figure out how to do is to mark them inactive - which doesn't help..
why is my custom forms not taking effect... hours and hours and still i can not get such a simple things to work!!!!!!!! none of the basic instructions work
