I am using a 3rd party for direct deposit so I have a PR item for a 100% deduction from net pay. right now this creates a negative paycheck because i have a few other net pay deductions, thus the pay check is negative by the same amount as the other net pay deductions. How can I control the order of deductions so the DD is the last of the net pay deductions and creates a $0 check?

I am trying to write a unscheduled payroll check to an employee who got a raise. I am trying to write a retroactive check to the first of the year. Topics keep telling me the steps that include "create another check" but I never see that option.

I need help with tracking time off. The employee has 90 hours of paid time off.What do I need to do to track the time she takes off?Is it done in her paychecks? I read all sorts of comments but none explains what I need to do in QB payroll to note when the employee takes a day off.I believe I set it up correctly, I just don't know how to track the time used...

I noticed that my payroll account was set to In Kind Clearing and is not being reflecting from my business checking. Can someone tell me how to go back and change the accounts where my payroll was pulled from so my balances can be correct?
I've tried calling and chatting with Intuit, but each time, I've been disconnected or the line's just gone silent. Is anyone else having this issue?
When I print the paystubs, they do not print alphabetically (the same as the timesheets print). HOW do I get QB to print the paystubs in the same order as the timesheets? I notice the ones out of order highlight yellow in the system. Does anyone know why and how to fix this?
qb generates correct deductions, but, wont generate checks to print.

payroll check was deposited into the sister of an employee. Sister kept the direct deposit and just transferred the money into her sister's account. The problem the sister will be getting a W2 for payroll that should have gone to her sister. How can I correct it?
Are amended 941s, 940s, and W2cs not available in QBO?
Good morning, I am trying to set up automatic payroll while I am gone for the next 3 weeks. I had done this in 2019, while i was out of the office for 3 weeks. The payroll ran each week without having to log in to quick books and employees were paid. I don't remember how I did it, and now when I enter the question, the only answer is for QB Online (with a statement that it isn't available in QB Desktop). But it is!
