How can I set up this payment so that it recurs every month on the third weekly paycheck?

I've went through all the suggested steps to fix the issue and nothing works. I even contacted our IT specialist and he said it has nothing to do with our end.
We use Principal for our 401k Plan. We would like to create a file from QB and then upload the contributions directly to Principal. Principal needs the entire SSN# in order to make the upload. According to QB they cannot create a file with the SSN# for security purposes. How are people circumventing this issue. Thank you Gary

Is there a way to get in contact with the banking department at QB's instead of just the poor tech support? I submitted a DD limit increase and have called support about it 3 times last week. The problem I am having is that it is a spin off of an existing company that just opened their bank account in November so we don't have the 6 months of bank statements to submit. We submitted 6 months of bank statements from the original company but can't seem to get tech support to understand that. They are lost as to what to do if it isn't in their "script". I requested someone from banking contact me on Thursday morning and I still haven't been contacted. I will be processing payroll again in a few days and would really like to get this resolved.

I failed to print my last paycheck for the month of November and I get this message when I try to print the paycheck. "You’ve picked a pay date that may cause you to make a late tax payment and incur a penalty. Try choosing a date closer to today’s date."
Hi,We recently switched to QB payroll and I set up our PTO policy to accrue at 5 hours per pay period. I entered each employee's beginning balance. Hours are not accruing at all.Did I misread something and it is not possible for QB to automatically accrue PTO? Do we need to purchase yet another subscription to make this happen?Or is there something I am missing in settings? Thanks,Megan
I've called in multiple times with no luck and now an incorrect 941 will be filed. Please let me know the best way to get this box checked. I'm on QuickBooks Core Payroll.
Every time we try to run payroll, it repeats the initial setup. Usually we just run through it again and it let's us go on and pay employees. Today it is not. It just goes back to "Let's Get Started" every time.
