Edit payroll period on a paycheck
This is our 2nd payroll without Intuit (4 weeks). No government reports. No customer billing. Major Problem. No one at Intuit seems capable or cares. Need data to move to another service. Why would this company migrate users to a new system without proper testing? We have spent many hours trying to get help from Intuit. As you drill down they will instruct you to sign onto the software and go to help/contact us. The problem is we can't sign in. We were told that this problem is not just a one off problem. Any one else having this problem and found a solution?

I have an owner of the business who also got a paycheck this year. I need to exclude the owners wages from reporting to the Montana Unemployment Insurance (MT UI5 form). How do i make those changes in the payroll setup process?
The transition from Intuit to Quickbooks online core has locked up my account! Quickbooks chat employees can see my account, but can't even access it themselves. After two weeks of frustration, hours spent on chats, there's still no resolution. I can't run payroll or see my reports. Are we the only company with this problem? No one from Quickbooks has reached out to us regarding this. All we've been told is that it's being worked on and to wait for an email.
How do you override the UI rate if you've already made payments in that year?
I received an e-mail stating t update my Payroll Account Information. and it provided the following instructions: "You'll need to enter any missing information for each company (each FEIN). To do this, simply access the Payroll Account Info banner that appears in any of these locations in QuickBooks: 1. The Payroll Center – From the menu, go to Employees > Payroll Center 2. The QuickBooks Desktop home page 3. Create Paychecks - From the menu, go to Employees > Pay Employees When I land on the page noted, there is no Payroll Account Info "banner" shown on the page. I have clicked on the link to "Manage Account" and logged into my Intuit account. The account information is listed, but there is no link or option to update this information. E-mail states this information needs to be updated by August 31, 2021 I have updated QB, all modules as described in other online articles I have read.
In the Intuit Online Payroll platform, which Intuit superseded with Quickbooks Online in July (and there is no going back), it was possible to do a "bonus run" outside of a normal payroll cycle. I don't see that option in Quickbooks Online. What am I missing?

QBO support says this can't be done within the QBO software. I'm wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this, maybe by integrating with gmail or another program.
I have a re hire employee that used to be able to view paystubs with no problems. Since being re hired in June of this year, she cannot access her pay stubs. I've sent her the initial invite... and 2 subsequent invitations. Now she isn't able to receive new invitations and when she tries to access her workforce account it says that the access has been adjusted and to contact the administrator. we have spoken with intuit troubleshooting who suggested we contact workforce to get her "account" deleted so I can send another invite. I cannot locate contact information for someone specifically with workforce for the help.
I have QB Desktop Pro 2020. Workers compensation has been set up as manually tracking for the past 2 years. Last pay period I adjusted the workers compensation liability and now QB is not tracking workers compensation through employee paychecks. It does not show up in the pay liabilities tab and it doesn't calculate WC in each employee pay check. Tracking WC is marked in Preferences, any idea how to fix this?
I use www.payroll4mac.com, when I go to this link I get......We didn't find any Online Payroll companies. Now I don't know how to get my payroll completed since the link is not working, anyone else having this issue? I tried this chat thing several times and they always send me to another chat and I'm not getting anywhere with the chat. PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks, Keri
I just received an email saying that Quickbooks Payroll is going to extract my employees' email addresses and send them emails about Workforce! No!!! That seems unethical to me. How do I prevent QB from doing this? I am going to remove all my employee email addresses right now, even though you've probably already got them. How do I opt out of this?
