Kindly assist me in knowing why I keep getting 70% on section 4 even after answering all the questions correctly. I chose all the answers provided by you in the multiple choices and yet none of them turns out to be correct. I'm trying to pay a vendor, they sent me a link to the online invoice so I could pay them. I filled out the details (business checking, rtg number, acc number) and it threw the errorPayment declined. Your payment method was declined. Please use another method or try again.I checked with my bank (Bank Of America) and they say there are no restrictions on the account that would cause this. I then tried to pay with an old PNC bank account and the payment went through fine. How can I get more details on the error? The error shown on the website is less than helpful and I need to resolve this before I can close the old account. Any ideas greatly appreciated.
I manage a small boutique that utilizes QuickBooks. The owner uses Square for her financial transactions that transfer straight to the bank. She uses a credit card to make purchases of merchandise for the store but also puts random store needs on the card as well. I book the merchandise to cost of goods sold when a payment is made to the cc but the catch is she only pays a lump sum on the card each month and not the whole balance. How do I book the random merchandise on the card when a lump sum payment is made vs an amount that includes an exact amount of paid charges?
When I goto SALES -> ALL SALES -- This is what my sales transactions look like. The number of open invoices says 793! When I click it and show all the open invoices, I have maybe 30ish. As well - if I show all open credit memos, there are also only a few. The number 793 is WILDLY inaccurate. What can I do to get this figured out? Thank You in Advance,JR
How do I get a list of all of my journal entries?
The report needs to show the hours, gross wages, and employee deferrals withheld, along with the employer match, for each employee. Preferably will also include the Roth withholding as well. Desktop had a built in report for this but I can not find anything like this in Quickbooks Online
in the Report sección, i can't see the Invoice number column in the Group By option neither in the Filter option.

I want my check number column to stay listed under my checking account. I know that I can this manually by clicking the gear icon and check no. but it I go to another account and come back it will be gone again. Is there a way for it stay listed?

Up until September my square deposits into QBO were coming through fine, categorizing my state income tax collected, tips and fees. Since September it is no longer categorizing my NC sales tax collected or tips? Square fees are coming in fine. Come someone tell me why this is happening? I need to file my quarterly sales tax and don't have the correct data in QBO to file this appropriately.Sandra
Do I need to manually input these cash payment sales that show in Sales Orders, even though they are already on there? I cannot figure out if the sales are actually reporting on the P&L and how to show the cash received but not yet deposited, and then the deposit from on hand to the bank. Help!

HiI'm looking for a Bin tag printer that would work with Quickbooks Desktop 24Currently, we have iDPRT Label Printer - 2022 Thermal Label Maker however, every time we send a print it will not print. We know the printer is working outside of QB but any print from QB it will not print. Any help would be great.

I have an employee that paid for a software subscriptoin for 1 month... can I get the steps to recording the entire thing including the reimbursement to the employee.. HOwever one question is how do we also make sure that the the expense is recorded under that vendor as well since I like to keep track of how much I spend with a vendor..Thanks
Not sure how to make this work...1. Client paid via ACH through QBO.2. Money was deposited to my account.3. Payment bounced.4. Money was taken by QCO out of my account.5. Client has paid via Stripe integration on my website. Usually I would Match the payment in QBO from Stripe to the invoice, however, the invoice in QCO shows paid already, so I can't match it. I want to match it though to the invoice so the "Returned Payment" part goes away on the invoice. What steps do I take to make this work?
We are a service company. I have set up billable time with Timesheets. I can see the hourly costs of each employee on each project, but why doesn't this show up as COGS Labor in my P & L?
Hello all, Our bank has been bought by another bank. How do I change our banks name in chart of accounts?or do I just stop using that bank and make a new one all together? not sure how this works for our tax stuff. Appreciate the help as we are new to this and are a small plumbing company who manages QB in house.
