Hello, In the standard set-up P&L report there is a line for Corporation Tax that appears to be unaffected by the standard Directors' pension costs expense account. Why is that? (I am not using QB for payroll, just recording an employer pension contribution allocated to a standard expense account: Account TypeExpenses *Detail TypeCost of Labour Use Cost of labour to track the cost of paying employees to produce products or supply services.It includes all employment costs, including food and transportation, if applicable.This account is also available as a Cost of Sales (COS) account.
HiI have a customer who has to pay Withholding Tax in their country so requested that our invoices were edited to include this, allowing us to get the money we are owed, without the supplier removing the WHT from the owed amount. The supplier has paid the owed price, and I have created a credit note against the remaining invoice amount for the WHT. But I am having a few issues applying this credit note. How do I go about recording this credit note, without it being deposited to the bank account because in essence the money has not actually been deposited. I have created a WHT Expense Account, but it does not allow me to select this as a deposit option. I am very new to Quickbooks, so any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi all, After a weird software glitch the system has mixed up which account the transactions are from and allocated transactions from one account to the other as well as doubled the transactions across the board when trying to reconnect the bank account. This, with all the rules being also applied to certain transactions, proved to be an impossible task to resolve by myself. Even though talking to three different customer service providers we were unable to restore my account to the original state. Therefore all the work that I have put in using the app in the last year has been lost with all the allocations of expenses and earnings. I'm extremely disappointed that since I have been a customer for more than two years this wasn't possible to resolve and I am now left to start my 22-23 tax return from scratch. I've managed to unlink both accounts and add them both in completely fresh. Is there a way of retrieving the information about the allocations whether the

Ive been trying the Quickbooks app to record and submit mileage claims. It records the trips OK with the milage and related cost. But how do I get the app to submit the trips to QBO? Nothing seems to happen! The data just stays in the phone app, shows as reviewed but does not appear in the online app for approval and payment
Android, Invoices have disappeared
I have created a new subscription for another company, and trying to set up the direct debit for the subscription. I keep getting Error Code 81624 which states the address's do not match. All of our company addresses are the same, so not sure why this error code is appearing. Can some please assist me?Many thanks.

My upgrade is not working
I am trying to migrate from Quickbooks desktop to Quickbooks online and it says I need to update to the latest version which is fine but when I try to do this, I am met with a Error 12007 on the file doctor. I have looked through other peoples questions and all I have seen are check if your internet is connected and to check if there is a firewall stopping the connection. I have done all these things and it is still not working. I don't know what to do but I need to start on Quickbooks online ASAP seen as the desktop version will soon be discontinued. Can someone please help.
As a transactional Trial Balance
Hi Folks, trying to set up payroll for the first time with a new QB online account, however I'm getting stuck on a loading screen that says. 'This might take a while...' when trying to access the employee section and on the over view I'm getting 'Something went wrong. Give us a moment, then try again' I've refreshed, logged out and back in, left it for 40 mins, still no change. Anyone have the same issue or know how to fix this issue? Thanks
