I recently changed banks. I use the payroll feature only to create paystubs. I can't find where to change the default bank account in payroll, or where to edit the bank account . When I use the edit feature in paycheque list I cant edit the bank?

Right now all square sales and tip payable amounts are mapped to one revenue account and one liability account in QBO. I'd like to seperate them. Is this possible?

my contract worker has tracked there time in our own Quickbooks Time setup for quite some time. I track my time there too. Normally, I can run approvals for both of us and then export to QB. Today though, she's no longer showing up in approvals. Here time tracked for this last pay period has Billable=Yes.
Hello, I am trying to efile my client's QC tax declaration, and I'm getting all these EDI errorsEDI#TPT00001 The 'TP164' element is invalid - The value '10121,58' is invalid according to its datatype 'http://www.revenuqueebc.ca/T3:montant11' - The Pattern constraint failed.and i'm getting these errors for like all the numbers on my TP1 fileand if i try to file i get this error : EDI#TPT000001: STRUCTURE ERROR (technical error ''TSTRUC''anybody has any solutions ? what is causing all these errors ? thank you

New to Quickbooks and yet to find a solution after scouring the forums. As you can see in the photo, once I click "new" in chart of accounts to add an account, account type is greyed out. I can enter an account name, but can't save, and the account type dropdown doesn't function. I have QBO Simple Start--don't know if that's a contributing factor or not. Thank you in advance.
Need to update prefilled email information on FINTRAC but there is no edit button. How do I do this?
We issued a cheque to a supplier in December 2021. I just noticed on this month's statement that the balance was still showing as outstanding. I checked to see if the cheque had cleared and it had so I contacted the supplies. Turns out the supplier's mailbox was broken into and the cheque was stolen and cashed by the thieves. We have gone through the bank and have now gotten the money returned to us. How do I enter the returned cleared cheque, void that cheque and issue the supplier a new cheque? Thank You.

Hello - I used to be able to populate multiple ship-to addresses in a purchase order, and all of a sudden I can no longer do this.The arrow for the "add new address" field has been greyed out. How do I fix this? Any help is appreciated.Thanks!
Le problème est depuis le 8 avril 2025 et Desjardins semble dire qu'il n'y a pas de problème de leur côté? donc nous virons en rond, est-ce qu'on sait si la situation est en cours de résolution?
