I want to set up the correct  income and expense accounts for a non-profit organization - using Quickbooks Desktop Premier. We host a number of events including a trade show, golf tournament and member meetings.It was suggested to me to use type "service" and "miscellaneous revenue" . Looking for suggestions on the income and expenses.

Hi I'm trying to do my taxes and my tax summary report doesn't show any deductions for my motor vehicle expenses. I am a cleaner and I drive a lot. like a crazy amount and I spend a lot on gas. I need some sort of deductions because it's a crazy amount of money. I'm on QuickBooks self-employed and I have made sure that I was correctly looking at the 2020 tax year, everything is properly tagged and I cleared my cookies and caches. I can't find anything online to help at all and nowhere on this site either. there has to be an easy answer. If anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi all!  I am trying to run a report that was available on QB Desktop but I can't find in QBO Canada.  It is one where you can change both the columns and rows (I'd like to cross-filter by class and location).There is a tutorial with a link for the US version, but when I try it, it just hangs up when loading:https://app.qbo.intuit.com/app/report... Does anyone know how to get this in the Canadian version of QBO? Thanks so much!

I sent a reminder to a customer who had an invoice past due.  I copy myself on all emails.  It has not shown up in my inbox but QB show and email having been sent.  How do I confirm this?

Good Afternoon, The owner of the company who normally takes a pay each pay period, did not take a pay for 2 consecutive pays as there was a shortage of funds.  I Credited these pays via JE as owners contributions (I hope that was correct) vs a credit to the bank as no money changed hands. The issue is that even though I recorded the payroll source deductions as though the pay was sent, when I run the payroll taxes through Payroll -> Pay  .... the taxes deducted  on the journal entry are not included in the amount to pay to CRA. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.N.
