Because of a ACH reversal, I now have to pay back Quickbooks. Quickbooks and I agreed on a $1000/month payment plan. However, Quickbooks charged me $3000 this month, and only claimed to have received $1000. I called Quickbooks support several times, and they said they would fix the issue, but they haven't. What's worse is that they charged me another $1000.This is the first month of the payment plan, and I have been charged $4000 while Quickbooks only claims they received $1000. Please help

I'm catching a lot of negative feedback regarding the new modern view. Clients are not happy with it. I'm not exactly excited about it either. A couple have approached me about an application called Right Tool. Does anyone have any feedback about this program?
When customizing Data Layout in the invoice Template, there's an "Other" field that can be shown on screen or on print in the Header of the Invoice.I'd like to have that field shown in a Transaction Detail Report but, unfortunately, it does not appear as a choice for the columns to display when creating Custom Report -> Transaction Detail Report. Dear All,First I would like to thank you so much for your support on this platform, everytime I face an issue I find the solution here.In our non-profit organization, when donors donate through PayPal we receive the net amount in our bank after deduction. So to book this in a way when the donor ask for a report of his donations and can see exactly what he donate without any deductions, I split the income into:1. Full donation amount recorded under the donor name (income).2. A negative amount for the fees recorded under PayPal fees (expense).What happened is, when I run a report for this donor's activities I don't see this contribution!Is my booking wrong? Could you please advise?Thank you!
Similar to how you can enter an expense and make it billable to a customer, so it appears as an option when you next invoice them, I would like to record a billable expense but to a contractor, to be deducted from the contractor payment.
Hello - We just upgraded to Quickbooks Pro Plus 2024 Desktop. When I enter General Journal Entries, it no longer totals on the bottom (showing the total for both the Credit and Debit columns) How can I get this feature back as we used to have it in the older version. Any help is appreciated!
Our iOS QBO app has had a glitch since January in which the customers list column that populates on the left 1/3 of the screen displaying our customers info and balance and balance due dates will never minimize. We can select a customer, then in the right 2/3 of the screen we can select one of their invoices or estimates, but when we do, the customer column to the left never goes away. Previously, when we'd select an invoice or estimate for a customer, said invoice or estimate would populate as a PDF and go full screen for the customer to easily review and sign. Now they see a scaled down 2/3 size screen version, making it more difficult to read and sign, and they can view our customer list on the left 1/3 column that should not be displaying, and is creating a bit of a privacy concern, as well as an unprofessional appearance on our part with this info on display. Is there a fix to this? Has anyone else experienced this issue?
For reporting P&L by class it adds a separate column that contains the discount rather than including the discount in the class column.
My boss got a 20,000 check deposited for the sale of a property. I don't know how to record this deposit. I know the one side is the bank account but what is the other side? There is no asset account for the property so I am not sure what the other side of the journal entry should be. Can someone help me with this?
