Hello, a sole prop converted into an s corp, and needs to record the transfer of cash asset from one to the other since the asset is Cash, i am not sure how to record. Would it be Dr Cash and Cr disposal of asset for the Sole prop? Then in new S Corp business, Dr. Capital and Cr Cash?

I have added a custom field to the purchase order form for estimated arrival date. Can this feature be set to print on the purchase order form so the vendor may see it? Thank you in advance.

I stumbled across a weird issue on Quickbooks with my PayPal transactions for both of my businesses books. Trying to categorize some transactions pop up with this error "Your split amounts don't add up to the total specified. I then proceed to edit the split and it shows that the numbers match but it still throws the same error. Any insight on this would be appreciated.
When I generated reports in QB Desktop, the exports to Excel included formulas for the totals. Now, when I generate a P&L report in QB Online the export to Excel has static numbers for totals. Is there a report setting that I need to change and if so, where do I find it? Thank you, Geordie

My last two Journal Entry Debits are posting as credits all of a sudden with QuickBooks online. I have made no changes to my account!
When we enter time in Quickbooks Time, we assign each day's time to a Customer in Quickbooks Time. The time used to sync over into Quickbooks Online with the hours assigned to each Customer. It's not syncing any longer.
Invoice and other similar forms still fine. Just the word STATEMENT too big. Wanted to make sure it's not just something I did. Can someone else let me know if theirs is too big also?

How do I schedule recurring transaction to create and print an invoice?
The client's January invoice had already been paid, so there was no open invoice to apply their new payment to. (They pay six months' fees in advance.) I added their check to my monthly deposit without applying it to an invoice, expecting that the payment - which was designated as coming from them - would be credited to their account. But when I checked, their credit balance remains the same as it was.I don't know how to rectify this.
The reason I need this is because when I email a customer their monthly invoice so they can pay online, and they have a previous open invoice, the amount the customer sees in the "Review & Pay" is only for the current month's invoice, and not the entire balance due.
What I have done so far.1- In QB Accounts & Settings I turned Shipping to Off.2- in the WooCommerce Connector Admin form I selected Use Shipping Item.3- in QB I have the Product/Service of "Shipping" assigned to an income account.4- in QB Accounts & Settings Advanced Categories, I have Track classes on with assign to each row in transaction.I basically want the shipping cost appear as a line item automatically and assigned to the right class.After having done all this, when I import a transaction through WooC into QB the shipping still appears in the lower right hand corner of the receipt and not as a line item.Now, I just realized that I can cursor to the shipping $ amount and blank it out then add a shipping line items to the receipt and assign it the proper class. That is a manual workaround but how can I automate it through administrative choices in the interfaces?
I have QB Desktop 2016. I want to extract, preferably in a spreadsheet format my unpaid bill report. I know I can go to Reports > Vendors & Payables > Unpaid Bill Detail. But this report is not matching the report I am seeing when I go Vendors > Pay Bills. The total ideally here should match this unpaid bill details report but it is significantly out, over $300k. I want to know how can I get a spreadsheet of the screen I see when I go Vendors > Pay Bills

I frequently need information from 4 of my Memorized Reports together. Currently, I select each of the 4 reports, one at a time, from my Memorized Report menu. Is it possible to generate a group of reports that run automatically when I select the group. My goal is to make one request and all 4 of the designated reports will generate. I cannot Schedule Reports because my virtual desktop security has disabled that function. Additionally, I would like to generate these at-will (not only on a scheduled basis).
