Can I change this somehow so that clients can see the rate and quantity they are being invoiced for?
In the past, in QBO I've been able to track/view when a customer has opened an invoice. It would also show me the date I sent a reminder and whether the customer had viewed the invoice since the reminder. Suddenly I am no longer to see this information. Did QB do away with this feature? If so, this is a huge issue and a big mistake!!!

In May I intergrated to online from desktop pro. it was a huge mistake as I am dealing with trying to fix a lot of problems. First off most of my expense accounts did not transfer and unfortunately I did not notice until recently. Things like travel expenses, and COGS, shipping expenses and so on. Is there a way to redo portions of intergration? or add starting balances to these accounts that were what the accounts were in May in Desktop? So frustrated
I have setup several scheduled reports (.xls attachments) to be deliver via email exported each day to my OneDrive. I am using Power BI to connect to these .xls files. The number format of these reports are "custom". Power Query / Power BI cannot recognize this number format. I need to be able to adjust from "custom" to (currency, general, etc...) inside of QuickBooks Online. Is this possible?

Help. Top and side menus normal...center working area of screen has huge fonts...cannot do anything.
Does QB offer batch tracking or product inventory tracking options? We are wanting to record and track the products made daily to help with reporting and recalls.
The paychecks were somehow not posted and need to be in the year to date totals. Should I do a journal entry?
Now email says I can no longer accept payments!
the new menu only shows to record new expenses but I need to know what date the last expense was recorded
I have already started my invoice, I need to go back in to it and add the Nov 8th service date between Nov 1 and Nov 15.
The purchase from Stamps.com is not used for the business to mail items, but only for client use (mailing letters on their behalf). How set up as liability and record the reimbursement? How will this affect past reconciliations if we entered the original purchase from Stamps.com as an expense.
I sent an invoice to a customer, who then paid by ACH (not through Square). I manually marked the invoice as Paid by "Other". Will this transaction get imported to QBO?
I’m beyond frustrated with Quickbooks, they closed my account without allowing me to fix any issues. Why are they doing this? You would think it’s longevity in the merchant industry it wouldn’t so unprofessional in the way they handle their customers transactions. Then they told me I have to go to every customer and tell them dispute their transactions, so my customer can get their money back. They make us business owners look so unprofessional. Does anyone know if another company that doesn’t do this to their customers.
I have just finished the latest reconciliation on my accounts, but my bank balances and quickbooks balanced are even worse than before. Previous book keeper changed / deleted transactions and re-allocated transactions to different sub accounts
We have 15 Jae Kim's in our customer records all with different email address, etc etc. Quickbooks is flagging them as duplicates when we upload. How can we set the email address as unique and not name
