we are a nonprofit that has multiple clients at any given time. we sometimes pay fines, court costs, transportation expenses, and urine analysis' for the clients because we already have accounts with most of the places they go so we actually get billed for these things momthly anyways. we do however expect payment to be made back to us by the clients before they can graduate our program. how can i keep track of these things when they are sometimes grouped onto a certain bill that we are paying all at once. example is: urine analysis bill has all clients on it for one month period, some clients pay their own and we dont get billed, sometimes they dont have the money so we will pay it for them, mainly there are clients that are grouped into phase 1 we call it, that we always pay the ua's for them (thats why we get a bill in the first place) but i need to keep track of the money we pay for each one them that are not phase 1 on that bill so they can pay us back. hope this makes sense to so
We are suing a client for lack of payment on old invoices. They requested copies of all out standing invoices--when I click the link for details on the invoice it gives me an error so all I have is a generic amount owed, not the details that were in the invoice that are required to justify payment. How do I get them back?
I have tried to customize a sales report to show our customer types along with the name of the customer and the sales, however when I run the report, the customer type is missing from the list.
Today I upgraded from QB Self Employed to Online. The salesperson I chatted with recommended this. I was trying to merge/sync my QB data to my TurboTax form. She told me 1) I could do this with Online, but not SE. 2) I could upgrade to Online and import all my SE data. 3) I could then import my info to TurboTax. Right now all I want to do is get my SE info to O so I can get moving. Currently I'm stuck. Thanks in advance, Matt.

why can't i delete an accountant in QBO?
I am trying to export "all" of my data from QuickBooks Online, so I can move the file to QB Desktop. Can anyone help me with this?
Curious why the user logon profile can't contain data to eliminate the need to "Choose a Product" each time a question is submitted to the Community? If I am using Desktop Pro or Premier or Enterprise, it seems redundant that I would be presented with a choice to identify QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop, and then again later to "Choose a Product" and have to select Desktop or any of the other choices. The user profile should contain this and pass this info along to each question or comment submitted to the Community. What am I missing here?

I'm starting a side business that is completely unrelated to my main business. Can I add my second business to my account as a separate business, or would I need to open a second account for my side business?
My accountant has made me the Primary Administrator but I still cannot remove him. When I click on the "delete" button, the screen goes blank. I thought it may be a browser issue but I have tried on Google and Microsoft Edge. There seems to be a glitch in QB. Anyone else experiencing this?
QB Online. I see the Batch Actions tab, but there is no Delete option.
migrating exceeded more than 60 days
I am unable to write check, create an invoice, deposit money, reconcile, etc. QB will not place an account from my chart of accounts on a check, invoice, etc. I have tried different browsers . . . I have tired a Mac and a Windows machine. I have deleted cache, browsing history, cookies, done software updates.
Does anyone know of another system besides QB that they can recommend?

Mac users issues
I need to run several future financial scenarios, and to generate income statements and balance sheets using those scenarios. Is this possible with Quickbooks?
When I change the end of the link to "purgecompany" it does not work. it refreshes and takes me back to the homepage and does not delete anything.
Newest QB Card Reader was used in conjunction with an Android Samsung Galaxy S9. Every other form of payment works fine, except the phone contactless payment method did not work.
