I have Quickbooks Desktop Plus premier Annual Subscription that goes until Noveember 2022 (Initial Subscription) I want to have a 2nd user access the file simultaneous t for two months. They will be finish working in October 2022. I beleive I need a second license to do that. If I have a 2nd single license suibscription can I add it to the Initial subscription?? Is there anyway to buy a seat for just 2-3 months? If I have to buy a new 2 user license, is there anyway to sell my initial subscrition? THANKS in advance.

I received the following email from QBO: All Intuit products must be managed on one bill for each company. Your QuickBooks Time and Online accounts must both be billed either to your accountant or to your company.What does this mean?Soon, your QuickBooks Time and Online accounts will no longer sync. To avoid disruption, reach out to your accountant to update your billing.Is this how they bill US? When I read it will TSheets will no longer sync with QBO, that scares me. We use TSheets extensively for project accounting in QBO. I can't lose the sync feature. Any help would be appreciated.
We generate a specialized commissions report twice a month. I have noticed that I have one customer missing from the report and we cannot determine why. The customer will show up on the standard "Customer by Rep Summary" but not in our report which subtotals invoices by rep. Do you know why?
I have had the late fee feature set up for more than a year and have worked well, but I just realized today that it stopped June 5th. I check the invoices and they still showed the late fees apply icon and all is programed as usual. Called customer service and she checked that was programed correctly and did not what else to do??Why did it stopped, and how can I make sure it start working?
This happens only for the data entered directly into deposits (not received thru receivables) and checks created w/o bills, that are not showing in the cash reporting, and it pertains only to transactions before migration. But, transactions are in there (as I find them when going into chart of accounts) but when I go into P&L cash report they do not show up. I tried working with the QB online help desk several times, and they are all puzzled.
Hi , i use quickbooks online to maintain daily book of sales receipts,my previous book keeper somehow missed to upload upload receipts of my client from 2008 till 2016 ,now i have those receipts and dates in excel,is there an automated way or programmatically to upload this excel into quickbooks online ,if yes ,how do i do that?your response is appreciated Tarun
Enterprise 40 user. I purchase discounted gift cards that I purchase inventory with along with checks, cash and credit cards. My stumble is returns that I am issued a merchandise credit. I set up the gift card account like a bank account. Here is my puzzle. If I purchase inventory and have a return that I am issued a merchandise credit back for, how do I remove the item from inventory while crediting my gift card account? I take the gift card and credit the gift card account and debit the inventory asset account for a balance but how do I connect the the whole enchilada return credit to remove the item from inventory without doing a manual adjustment. I see a couple of threads that say push the plus ( not on my system) and connect the credit to the deposit. Has to be simple way. So buy X and pay for it and it now is in inventory. Return it. Credit my gift card/merchandise credit account. How do I account for the inventory not there any more?
The NJ WR-30 shows base weeks that are significantly lower than they should be for all employees who make more than the minimum amount per week. There have been 26 Saturdays in the 1st and 2nd qtrs 2022 and my NJ WR-30 shows that we've only worked for 19 base weeks.
Dear Community, I am new in my position and have found a recurring $20 charge to the company's bank account. It appears to be an old Intuit charge that has recurred for several years, We are unable to get in touch with Intuit to track down the origin of the charge and to cancel it as the product is no longer used. Unfortunately, after 3 hours on hold the customer service at Intuit simply hung up. Is there anyway to get a person on the phone or a contact that I can send the information in order to get a resolution? I have put down QuickBooks Desktop as the product but I am not sure if that is correct. Thank you, NBTS-DMW
I use this report to be sure that each transaction has been recorded to the correct category and I have the Executive Director review as well. We are a small non-profit -- one employee and volunteer treasurer (me)
I set up a Simple Start subscription and send an invitation for the client to come in, but it went out as an Accountant invitation and they created a Quickbooks Online Accountant account instead of a regular user. They also started working on the free account the Accountants get connecting banks and adding transactions. Is there a way to combine the accounts, from my firm and her firm, or cancel her accidental Accountant account?Also, how do I add the client when Simple Start only has 1 user and it is showing as me?
I had a loser of an accountant who canceled my company on quickbooks. How do I get access to it? I tried to click on the company to resubscribe but I wasn’t able to do it. It just told me to pick an active company and to contact my quickbooks admin. Who is that? If it’s the loser accountant who won’t give me access how can I contact support. When he set up my quickbooks apparently he set it it up as he owned it and I had to submit paperwork to prove that I’m the owner.
Is there a way in QuickBooks Online to troubleshoot prior account balances like you can in QuickBooks Desktop in the Client Data Review section?
Loan repayment as already started. Nothing has updated on my DUNS credit profile. It has been a month since I received the loan. Loan repayment started the week after acceptance of loan docs.
on my collections report, the class shows up, but none of my salesmen are listed under it
