I forgot to file my 2022 3rd Qtr 941. How do I file it now?
I have an employee who has taken a Loan from his 401(k). Repayment MUST be through payroll deductions per the holding company of our 401(k). I've set up the payroll item and added the item to his Additions, Deductions, etc. for each paycheck. It is deducting it Net Pay, as it should and it is listed in my Payroll Liabilities report. However, it does not appear in my Payroll Liabilities to be paid.
Did not realize we needed to change the mapping location as well until after it was submitted and accepted.
Hello, all. Bit of a puzzle I hope someone can assist with here. When recording payroll liabilities, QuickBooks auto-generates a check with the appropriate accounts (as shown in screenshot). The question I've been asked is whether or not it's possible to have those lines entered in a particular order. My hunch is that the order is purely based off the account numbers.Of course, we can go back and edit the check, rearranging as needed, but future checks default back to the original order. Thanks in advance!
Or should I cancel both and start a new one. If so, can I export all info from both old to the new one.
I have an employee who has accepted the invite for Workforce but when she logs in, she can't see her paystub.
I am trying to see if it is possible to import payroll hours to Quickbooks Online, and see what the template for that looks like. I have the ability to export payroll hours from a 3rd party system, but I am not sure how to match up the columns/formatting. Is there a template file that I should use? And from the help menu, it seems like I have to have Quickbooks Advanced Payroll in order for that import feature to be enabled?

I own an audio company and the rooms are designed for differing kinds of work. Each person will change rooms depending on what they are working on that day. I need to be able to schedule them into rooms. It is defaulting to the clients address. We are not an on-location service company. I would love to be able to use "Time" in place of our current scheduling software if possible! Thanks for the help!
How to set up a payroll that's separate from regular bi-weekly payroll.... setting the tax rate at 22% for supplemental / bonus pay?
QBDT+ 2023 / Enhanced Payroll I started an unscheduled payroll thinking that I could pay a "former" employee a flat amount for working a trade show for us. However, since the employee was a salaried employee, I can't pay ONLY the flat amount without first deleting the salary total in the employee profile. I'm not sure of the impact of deleting that pay code or the related PTO Salaried, Holiday, etc. So it appears easiest to leave all that has is and create a "1099 vendor" record and pay the amount that way. We have discontinued health benefits and PTO data. So the question is ... I left the Unscheduled Payroll as "finish later", although I really have no intention of doing that. How do I delete an Unscheduled Payroll with nothing in it for pay?
Is there any way to change an employee's past, already paid bonus, on their paycheck to actually reflect as a Commission?
In the past I have been able to record an employee's voluntary payment of Federal Income Tax. I no longer see any instructions for doing this. Does anyone know if this is no longer acceptable? Thanks for your help.
My employer states she uses quickbooks. I have not received a check in 2 months. I am told it is because quickbooks keeps taking money from my employers account but then isn’t issuing a check to the employees. I am not sure if this is is true though. Is it a possibility?
We do no use QB's payroll.
I am an agricultural annual filer, but there is no way in QB to choose annual. I've been through the ringer with QB trying to straighten this out in their system, and I haven't gotten much help.
I also want to be able to close out the asset and depreciation account when he's paid for it
I am trying to get my paystubs for 2023. I am an employee of Old Dogs LLC
