Employees and payroll

Can I turn off advertisements showing up as cards in my business overview? Very annoying... and considering I'm paying Intuit to use Quickbooks Online, I don't want to be bothered with advertisements for other services such as time tracking or financing offers.
My S corp Owners Health Insurance is higher than the salary because I have to pay for the whole year so QB says either I increase pay or lessen the deduction or skip payroll?
I was a former user of Basic intuit payroll online. I use the program for informational purposes only, I pay employees and taxes manually. I use the service for quarterly reports and for W-2s. For my last paychecks of the year, I accidentally input the date as December 2022. I am not able to delete the checks or correct the date. As a result, my W-2s and quarterly reports are going to be wrong. Does anyone have any suggestions?
The entry is for a 401k deduction made before the plan was active. I simply need to reverse the entry and add it for a later date.

I want to e-file my clients quarterly and year end payroll returns this year, I had previously paper field them. I use QuickBooks desktop to process the client's payroll information. Do I need to obtain a 10 digit IRS Pin for each company or do I obtain one 10 digit IRS pin to file every one of my clients payroll returns? I have about 10 companies to file returns for. THanks
Hi, are there any discounts or promotions for TurboTax since I’m using Quickbooks for my business? Thank you
Hello! Does anyone know if the employees are able to see the notes you put under their profile in Quickbooks Online? I wasn't sure if those notes I enter are visible in the workforce portal or only to me?
I printed Bonus checks. QB Still wants me to send it direct deposit. I how I correct this and mark complete?
This is ridiculous this is happening AGAIN
is payroll nopt functioning?
Hello, I made the mistake to enter one employee's bonus and base salary. The total amount is the same. For example, the employee should have 2k bonus and 3k salary, but I enter 1K bonus and 4K salary. The paycheck is already processed and the money is paid. How can I correct it?
If I change address even after 1/1/2022, will their 2021 W2 show the old address (which would be correct).
I have other things to do and would really like to post my question so I don't forget. It would be very helpful if sending an email to the QB support team were an option on days (like Christmas) where the channel is closed.
I prepared a paper paycheck (not DD) on my payroll and it just says "paycheck on my register". Will Quickbooks send this check like a bank billpay does or do I have to physically print and send it myself? Please if someone could help, it is a check that needs to go now in 2021. Thank you so much*
Is there a way to delay emailing paystubs to employees?
I have just paid an employee via QuickBooks online payroll via CHECK. Does Quickbooks send the check to the employee or do I have to create the check and send it? Quickbooks is asking me for the check number so I got confused. If I need to actually create and send the check, how should I do it? Please help.
We have commissioned employees that earn vacation based on their production, thus their hourly rate does not work for vacation pay. I did a work around and made a vacation" commission rate that subtracts their hourly rate from the vacation rate earned. The challenge with this work around is also when overtime comes into play, it then takes the higher of the two rates, versus their standard rate. It would be much easier if they simply required a vacation rate be put in versus default it to the normal rate, then all would be easy.
Has anyone else had an issue with their employee tab not working in quickbooks
This is an existing employee.
I'm about to send payroll data in QuickBooks Enterprise 2021. I clicked the view button to see what information I was going to send. At the bottom, it said that we had deleted two employees, deleted six payroll items, and modified 55 paychecks. I didn't personally do these things, so I'm going to ask the other accountants if they made those changes. But is there a way in QuickBooks that I can figure out which employees and payroll items were deleted and which paychecks were modified? I'm not aware of any, but it would be very useful to be able to identify the changes that were being submitted. Otherwise we have to rely on our memories and hope we don't make any mistakes.
