Employees and payroll

Federal tax is not calculating on paycheck.
Hi there, I was hoping someone could help me with a web integration with Paylocity. I submitted a payroll journal entry from Paylocity to Quickbooks and realized it was not the way I wanted things coded. When I try to resubmit the journal entry in Paylocity to push the data to QB, it sends me an error that I have already posted an entry for that pay date. On Paylocitys' user manual for web integrations, it says that there needs to be something done on the QBO side to allow for this to be resubmitted. Where do I go in QBO to allow Paylocity to post another entry? Is this possible? Thanks! MJ

Intuit On-line payroll-(not sure if it's switched to QB account)Android app. As soon as I try to enter payroll or see a report, it says I've timed out and need to sign in.
We recently moved the QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite, but it appears the employer company 401k match is nowhere to be found on the employee pay stub. Employees don't see it when they log into their Intuit Workforce account either. This is a pretty important employee benefit, I can't imagine why the payroll team would overlook this item when creating pay stubs. Does anyone know anything about this?
The customer service reps have no idea. Everytime you call they take minimum 1-hour to answer a simple question. I need to move some hours from 1 pay-type to another.
I am using the Time tab in QBO. I put in last week's entries to invoice and they are not showing up on the reports and not available to invoice. See the attached screen prints. You will see 10 hours entered as Billable and only 9 on the report and only 0 to be billed.

Hello! I am a student taking a Quickbooks (desktop, accountant edition) course, and I am working with a sample file. Part of my homework is to turn on payroll in company preferences, and then add hours and deductions and run it. I have done this with no issue in a previous assignment just a couple weeks ago. Today, I made sure that the payroll option was properly turned on in preferences, I also tried setting it to manual, but it still shows a "turn payroll on" button under the employees tab of the home page. When I click that option, it tells me that payroll is unavailable and asks to sign up for an additional payroll service. I am not sure how to fix or get around that pop-up to complete payroll for the assignment. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate it! Thank you.
I have left a number of messages to be contacted about the problem with recording my mileage. Is this issue going to be corrected or am I going to receive a credit for the software not working properly? You can call me, Brad Haas phone xxx-xxx-xxxx
The QB app used to have mileage tracker as easy access - now it’s gone. I clicked through the icons and don’t see it.
I cant seem to find out how to completely turn off predictions
Curious if there is a way in Desktop to split a payroll liability payment with a company expense? For example, I pay malpractice insurance quarterly for 9 employees and the business. Say it's $90K for the employees and $10K for the company. The employee portion is withheld from their paycheck as a liability but the company portion is just a business expense. The ACH to the insurance carrier is for the total, $100K in this example. Do I need to record the liability payment and business expense separately or is there a way to have one transaction for both using a split function?
