I don't want Workforce available to my employees. I've entered all their e-mail addresses in their employee files and don't want to delete them.Is there a way to opt out of Workforce as the employer?
I need to delete a bunch of paychecks before direct deposits go out Friday morning. The deadline is 5pm PST tomorrow to make changes. I keep getting the following message attached when trying to delete them: "Performing the requested action would make QTD tax amounts negative. Contact us for assistance." Does anyone know how to solve this problem? If not, where can I escalate this issue to? Customer service said they can do it but it would take 15-20 days... Surely I can do it sooner since you're supposed to be able to.
The app.qbo.inyuit.com reports the checks as exported. My tax payments were in fact exported to my Quickbooks for Mac and the tax payments show up in my register. Why not my checks?
Is there any way I can text an existing invoice to someone with Quickbooks?
Good morning, I received a small refund check for an over payment in Q2 payroll taxes. On the 941 checked the box refund check and received 4.44 When I enter the refund check following directions for "Deposit a Tax Refund" it then appears as a past due liability for that period. I ran a liability balance report for the quarter, but do not see a -$4.44 or any payroll items that add up to that amount. Is there another report that will reveal the overpayment? I need to void the e-payment in order to run payroll
I want to be able to see and download my archived forms but I cannot get in to my Bank of America Intuit Payroll and while they say they "integrated" it all my forms are missing.
All of my employees are set up for direct deposit, but only paper check is showing as an option to pay them.
Since QBO changed their menus I can't find the option to view/manage vacation and sick policies. Their help article says it's located here Gear icon at the top, Payroll Settings, Vacation/Sick/PTO, Vacation and Sick Leave Policies but these options aren't shown, chatting with support has not yielded any results either. Where can I see and manage the full list of my vacation and sick policies now outside of going into an employee record? There used to be a tab on the payroll settings screen where you could see all the policies, who was assigned to each, how they were setup, and add/delete policies.
I'm trying to input year to date payroll, and when I click on the link, the software attempts to take me to the input screen, but it is just a blank screen. Nowhere to enter year to date information for existing employees. Very frustrating.
For only one of our employees, in Timesheet, the "Payroll Item" column is missing. How do I get this back to continue to make entries? Please help!
How do I create a payroll item for employee charges? Ex. If an employee buys 10# of ground beef from the business and wants to have it taken out of thier paycheck. So I need the item to deduct from their paycheck and increase the company sales? Need some help
