Cash sales in Shopify are not showing up in our bank account when we add the App Transaction in Quickbooks online. When we add the credit card payout from shopify in the app transactions it will deposit it into our bank account.
How do I print a report?
I have 2 payments that have been pending since yesterday and still show to be under review
I am doing an manual conversion from QBD to QBO. The accountant has given me the detail to support the AP balance in QBD. The total does not match QBO. How can i get a report from QBO of the detail transactions that make up the QBO calculated opening balance? Thank you for your help.
I send quotes to several emails and invoices to another. Can I add a contact list per customer with multiples to choose from instead of manual entry each time?
Hello Beautiful quickbooks community!Had two employees decide to take out a loan against their 401(k).Followed the instructions here on the community page to set upthe loan repayment. It does show up in the employee pay window, as a deduction. But now, can't seem to find a report that showsa balance due, nor is it showing up in the pay liabilities window. Previously had set up an employee advance repayment report, andit shows the balance just fine, but that report doesn't seem to allowaccessibility to the 401k loan repayment payroll item.Any and all advice would be appreciated!
Has anyone else experienced a recent change with how sales tax is imported from square into QuickBooks. The automated sales tax feature in QuickBooks online has always worked smoothly for me until last month. And now QuickBooks isn’t calculating sales tax correctly. I think it’s an issue with how transactions are being imported.

Good afternoon, I am the Cybersecurity manager here at out office and was just made aware that QuickBooks Online became incredibly slow ever since we got our new Sophos Firewall installed in our office. If the users access QuickBooks Online while teleworking, it is quick to get in and do what needs to be done, but now it takes at least 5 minutes after initial log in to be able to accomplish anything and everything takes time to process. Any idea what troubleshooting steps should I look at to see where the problem is?
"Airy New" is the ONLY template that allows the "Message to Customer" text field to use the full width of the paper. It works fine when the Admin views/edits/prints an Estimate using the Custom Form that is using the "Airy New" Design Template. When a User views/edits/prints that SAME template filename created by the Admin, it reverts to being like the other design templates which only allow the "Message to Customer" to occupy the LEFT half of the template, making the Estimates use more pages. This feels like a BUG. It's bad enough that only one Design Template allows you to conserve space by using the entire page width for "Message to Customer", but Custom Forms are useless if Users can not use them the exact same way the Admin does. Why, Intuit?[Screenshot removed. Contains PII]
Im using Desktop Pro 2019 and we recently did a upgrade to R17 and since then the "Print later" box is checked and we have to uncheck it every time.
I would like to pay a Contractor a fixed amount weekly, I have already set them up in QBO with direct deposit, but dont see how to automate the payment.
I tried account and settings to add customer tracking but it didn't show as an option.
Where are invoicees located on quickbooks online?
I'm stuck on "We're fetching your data" when setting up Quikbooks Self Employed. I'm a new user trying to set up direct deposit and payment information. I've cleared cache and cookies, and tried incogneto mode to ensure it's not causing issues but still can't get past the initial screen.
While looking at my financials today, I see an item on my profit and loss report which falls under the "not specified" class. I clicked on the transaction and, within the transaction itself, the classes are set properly. However, going back to the report, the account that shows up is not what is used in the transaction either. I clicked on the new account and get a pop up screen stating "We created this account for bill payments without a matching bill. Find out more." I clicked on "Find out more" to see how to negate the change but the pop up window was unhelpful and did not address my issue.I entered this transaction how it needs to be entered but AI has changed it in the background somewhere so that it shows up differently on the financial reports than how it was entered. Does anyone know how I can fix this? If I delete and re-enter the transaction the way I need to, I assume the AI will do the same thing again. Is there a way to overr

Hello, I own and operate a small preschool program. I have 3 employees (teachers) that each have a child enrolled in my center. I have an agreement with these individuals to deduct a set amount from each pay check to cover the costs of their own children's tuition. I have a current liabilities balance with the amount of tuition that has been deducted. What do I do with this? Thank you in advance.
After over an hour of Googling and searching, I can't locate Quickbooks Self Employed sign up page anywhere! I use Self Employed and want my husband to sign up for his business as well but we can't find the link anywhere. He signed up for Soloprenuer but it lacks all of the things I love about Self Employed. Please help!
Bank connection issue
I have a non-matching beginning balance on my bank reconciliation, I ran the discrepancy report and apparently I deleted a 2 year old check causing the discrepancy. I recreated the check using the same date that it was, that did not change the beginning balance. Then I proceeded to 'clear' the transaction in the check register and save and that also did not change the beginning balance. How can I reinstate this once 'deleted' check? Do I have to delete over a years worth of statement reconciliations to get back to that statement and have to reconcile all of them again? Thanks for your help.
Can someone explain to me where my money sits in the time between it is taken out of my account and then paid 5 business days later to my contractor? For example, I scheduled a payment to be made to a contractor for $8,000.00. It will be taken out of my account on 3/17 and direct deposited into the contractors account on 3/24. Where does my money go during this lag time?
Before the PayPal app, my company coded/classified PayPal fees to the same account as the deposit. This allows for a better understanding of the net proceeds from a donation for a particular fundraiser, event or service. Is there a way to select a category for the fees as well as a category for the deposit?
Hi, Yet another Quickbooks Online issue.QBO is driving me crazy where it is constantly overriding my manually assigned check numbers. I will enter the check, uncheck "Print Later", assign the number, and then go to Print the check. And before I print, QBO says something like, "this check number has already been assigned, use this number?"So I go back to Checking and pull up the check and the check number has in fact been reverted to a previous wrong number. Then I get stuck in an endless loop of assigning the number, trying to print, having QBO re-assign the number automatically. The only way to work it out is to print the check number "wrong" and then go back and manually enter the correct check number and then hit Save, then go onto the next check. Please advise if there is a solution to this.
